清潔感に関しては全く問題なかった。 窓がなくて少し閉鎖的だが、その分電気が明るく快適に過ごすことができた。 何より街の中心にあるため市内観光の拠点にはもってこい。

スタッフの態度が悪い。 お湯がでない。 トイレが流れない。 電気もつかない。

4 poster bed broke when I got there - promptly mended with sticky tape rather than have a downgrade

Located in the city center.

No windows in the room. Wifi was not avaible in the room only in some points of the corridor.

Room to hot, no way to turn down temperature as thermostat was broken! Hotel decor was very scruffy, it needs a few. Coats of paint and a good clean!!!

The hotel quality was an absolute disgrace, the staircase had rotten food on the steps. The room I stayed in had damp on the ceilings and absolutely stunk, I complained but they said there wasn't another room available. First and last time I stay there

WIFI was accessible in the room, which was very useful as at one point I thought it was not, if in doubt ask the people on check in for the password and code. It had an excellent location.

The air con was pretty poor, I could hear and feel it but the room in general was very warm.

room stunk of tobacco. could do with bit of money spending on furniture. ill fitting windows letting wind whistle through. good enough for price but just bit of t.l.c needed.

very dirty, staff very arrogant, kept me waiting, my room keys were disabled early although I paid for late check out...never again in any of Britannia hotels

hotel very well positioned in city centre

couldnt check in untill 2pm and a large crowd had gathered as we were all trying to get to the match at the same time. key machine wouldnt work and people were getting exasperated

Bathroom was filthy - toilet was not cleaned still had feaces. The kettle was brown inside so didn't want to make a cuppa

I liked that I was not natterd by the staff and I came and went as I pleased. I also liked the fact that they had a gym, and swiming pool this was also very cheap at 4 pounds and was worth it.

My bathroom was very dirty, there where signs to indicate that it hadn't been cleaned since the last person. Also, when you have been out all night and havnt had time to eat, you can only order a sandwich which is served upto 24hrs. There was a choice of 5 but only had 2 that they could do, and at £5 a sandwhich, the quality was poor. Two peaces of bread cut into 4.

Lovely hotel, great location whether its for shopping clubbing or men arena all within walking distance and also manchester picadilly station is short walking distance away, i will most certainly be back!
