The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help. The spa facilities were a nice relaxing touch. The room sizes (we had two executive twins) were fantastic, as were the size of the bathrooms.

First... From the entrance there is a set of steps to get into reception. There is a wheelchair lift but when you have a pram and two screaming children they do not want to wait for this. A small ramp would of really helped. Then come the beds, even thou large they were really uncomfortable. The springs have gone in the mattress and are poking out. I slept ontop of the quilt which is ok in the summer but come the winter...... The air con in both rooms did not work. The baths needed either a scrub or changing. actually the whole bathroom could do with a lick of paint and a tidy up. The standard of those rooms were not worth the £113 per night they are advertised at.

nice welcome at reception , very quick to get booked in . did not get chance to try the pool or gym due to time , but looked good . freindly bar staff , convenient late bar . good value for money as saved with booking online.

Close to city centre, small number of the staff were very helpful, others very less so.

We were at the hotel during the warmest two days of teh year without any airconditioning and with only a small window. Wireless internet was on and off all the time and max reached 1MBps. We preferred using stairs, being on second floor, rather then the very slow lifts.

it was ideal for a visit to manchester for a concert. within easy reach of everything required for our visiti.e manchester academy and shopping. the staff were very nice and helpful.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful during my stay, and gave good advice and directions about certain areas to visit, whilst also helping to pay at the local car parking area as this was very confusing.

The bath/shower/jacuzzi was absolutely mingy and could have done with a really good clean.

I had stayed in Sacha's Hotel before in the mid-90's while it hosted a convention I helped to run & it was nice to come back after all this time. Well maintained, friendly with good service & food, I hope to be returning soon.

Scaffolding outside my window but that's not the hotel's fault.
