Location was fine as a meeting point
Poor customer service Outdated rooms and decor Poor hygiene, old shower, poor quality TV bad reception broken remote control Overall an unpleasant experience
I liked leaving in a morning. Although had to hold my nose to get through the line of smokers immediately outside the front of the hotel
Noise, inconsiderate guests, smokers, very depressing place to stay.
Locality and health club
Bathroom in room a little sparse
Bed very hard Small room Old TV
room was very basic TV was not tuned in TV control was very dirty
Not much Apart from good wi-fi signal. Location fair enough from motorways.
Room was not tidy enough, bed was not made up properly, TV's are way too old to exists and channels hav very poor signals and not enough variety.
I was very happy with the service that I received in arrival from the staff! Thanks.
Nothing I didn't like! Lol
the room, the furnishing, free parking
noise from the car park
Hot room, banging doors.
It was close for me to visit my son and low cost . It had everything you would expect . Cost .
No excuse for lack of cleanliness. Everything was in need of repair and update.
Ideal hotel to book if going to the gagne at Old Trafford, better than paying exorbitant hotel fees in Manchester City centre.
Double executive, tiny.
Location and budget price
Many tourist coaches and could not pay for drinks with meal, had to settle separately so food went cold whilst waiting
Price and cleanliness
The whole place hasnt been decorated in years and smelt awful. The room was dirty with wardrobes falling apart, the Tv was 25 years old and the shower curtain was hanging off. The bedding was horrid and the room was dirty
Staff seamed arrogent weren't very friendly or welcoming.
I have no complaints
Excellent quality at a good price. I use this hotel every time I visit the area
We were over from Ireland for a family funeral. We arrived are the hotel at 8-45pm the girl on reception took so longbbooking in the couple before us that when we asked about getting some food her reply was we are finished when we asked where could we get some we got a shrug of her shoulders. My nephew arrived the following morning after a long drive from Scotland and when he went to reception he was met with the same attitude. He was early for check in and just asked if there was a room ready if notccould he check in later and was met with attitude once again telling him he could upgrade to a double room for 15pounds extra and a further 10pounds for early check in. The breakfast service was non existent and the food was terrible. All in all out of the six people which i travelled with will never stay again or recommend it to anyone. Staff were so rude i have never come across anything like it not at all helpful or pleasant.
Location easy to find. Reasonable price but we had limited choice because of dog. Room was close to car park entrance so convenient for dog management. Bed was comfortable. Food that we had was enjoyable. Bar was value for money.
This is a modern day coaching inn and is set up for groups on packages, so very busy, loads of people. We managed to squeeze into the restaurant for dinner where there was a set meal but there was no fish left. Not wanting meat we had a salad starter and some fruit for which we were charged full price, despite asking for a reduction. The bedroom had no TV. The wireless internet didn't reach the room. There were cobwebs in the wardrobe, chewing gum on a skirting board and a threadbare carpet.
Great location, staff were very friendly
Slightly outdated decor and old fashioned TV with no remote
comfy beds clean linen the fact the window was open when I arrived....but see opposite.....
noisy lift vibrating room lift far too small and scruffy reek of cigarette smoke everywhere, even in bedroom poor mirror light no hot water filthy bathroom floor tiny ancient tv with only 3 channels and no instructions etc
looked nice on internet advertisinng
very poor facilities and cleaniless and over charged on bill
Being charged to use the pool
Stayed in Room 105 bed next to the door to noisy
Good parking Decent sized room Decent en suit with toiletries
Having a room next to a fire door at the top of the stairs which was always banging closed through the night. Room was exceptionally hot.
