its location, it is on a regular bus route, so getting to and from places for a person without transportation is very easy |

We enjoyed the Hotel Spa facilities and wish we had had more time to spend in there. However, use of bar of soap in the showers we feel is rather unhygienic and were glad we took in our own toiletries - we are used to containers with liquid shower gel, conditioner etc. Not up to the standard we are used to, but value for the money paid. |

The Gym and Spa facilities The hotel's decor was very tired - the window frame was rotten and wouldn't open. The cleaner did a good job given the poor conditions. |

Large car park with free parking. Friendly staff. The window in my room didn't close properly and the cooked breakfast was a bit on the cold side. |

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was powerful and a welcome change from the trickle of water that you sometimes get. I found the staff to be quite abrupt upon check in as the hotel appeared busy. When I arrived at 9pm on the Monday night (having travelled for 4 hours) I was looking for a quiet relaxing bite to eat and a drink. The hotel was heaving with what appeared to be several large coach parties dominating the bar/reception area. Needless to say I didn't bother with the food and drink and instead went to my room for some peace and quiet. |

location rooms were in desperate need of re-decorating and the bathroom was in poor repair. Certainly wouldn't have paid the full price for the room. |

The bathroom had been recently refurbished and was very clean The bed in 165 was very uncomfortable the ceiling paper was hanging off in the corner, and i could hear every movement from upstairs as the floors creak, so i did not sleep well. |

I justed wanted a place to rest my head for a night and it provided that nice and cheaply! Also a very good shower and an exciting elevator! The staff were quite rude and we had to take a smoking room despite booking a non-smoking one. The bathroom was not very clean and the facilities in the room were not great. |

We booked an executive room, which was a terrible, drawers hanging off, cigarette burns in the net curtains, windows rotten and springs coming through the mattress goodness only knows what a standard room was like. The only good thing to say was that it was reasonably clean. |

You get what you have paid for. Cleanliness to be improved. Tea bag was still in the tea port from the previous guest. Desk was sticky with some biscuit crum on it. |

Closely located to the people I had come to visit. Leisure facilities looked good, although I didnt use them. Bar was open to non residents in the evening, which meant I could entertain my friends in the comfort of the bar area, which unlike a pub, was quiet and allowed conversation. The room was described as 'delux', not sure what was delux about it. Although clean enough, the curtains didnt fit, letting light in and the wall paper was coming off the wall around the window area, giving a gruby feel to the room. I was woke at 8.40am by an unknown person (hopefully chambermaid) opening the door and then just closing it, without a word, no sorry, anything. |
