Easy to get to Airpot . Plenty of parking which was welcome change from other places we stayed.
Bathroom was substandard, very cramped room, fire doors made a lot of noise thru the day and night. Whole place needs a make over.you would never win 4 in a bed. Bed not comfortable at all.
The location is good; easy parking; helpful staff.
No advance notice of problems accommodating the number of guests at breakfast; I had to go elsewhere.
Food was ok but nothing special
Looked like the décor hasn't been changed since the hotel was built , just like the tv in the room , only 5channels , no Wi-Fi. Walls and doors look like they've been painted in nicotine .
Room smelt damp I could still smell the room when I opened my. Case at the next hotel
The leisure centre
All about the room the staff
nice beds tv in room good shower bar
no wifi in rooms a spider not very nice bathroom
There was nothing to like I'm afraid . A very poor hotel
The room was dirty and the bath needed to be cleaned before I could use it. There where no towels either. The breakfast was in edible, had to pat off the grease before I could even attempt to eat it. A very poor hotel that I will never visit again
Fairly inexpensive. Staff helpful.
Slightly tired decor, but overall OK for a budget hotel.
Location was fine as a meeting point
Poor customer service Outdated rooms and decor Poor hygiene, old shower, poor quality TV bad reception broken remote control Overall an unpleasant experience
I liked leaving in a morning. Although had to hold my nose to get through the line of smokers immediately outside the front of the hotel
Noise, inconsiderate guests, smokers, very depressing place to stay.
Locality and health club
Bathroom in room a little sparse
Bed very hard Small room Old TV
After reading the reviews i was considering cancelling my booking, however really don't know what peoples' problem is! We found the room to be quiet, clean, plenty of space, most powerful shower ever encountered in the UK!! Breakfast was good value, lots of it and mostly hot. The building is old but very interesting still with its original features in parts so lots of character which we liked
We were kept waiting whilst the person at reception was on the phone to another staff member with a conversation which appeared to be going round in circles. Yes, the building is old and a bit worn in parts, but for £39 a night still great value
room was very basic TV was not tuned in TV control was very dirty
Not much Apart from good wi-fi signal. Location fair enough from motorways.
Room was not tidy enough, bed was not made up properly, TV's are way too old to exists and channels hav very poor signals and not enough variety.
I was very happy with the service that I received in arrival from the staff! Thanks.
Nothing I didn't like! Lol
the room, the furnishing, free parking
noise from the car park
Hot room, banging doors.
It was close for me to visit my son and low cost . It had everything you would expect . Cost .
No excuse for lack of cleanliness. Everything was in need of repair and update.
Ideal hotel to book if going to the gagne at Old Trafford, better than paying exorbitant hotel fees in Manchester City centre.
Double executive, tiny.
Location and budget price
Many tourist coaches and could not pay for drinks with meal, had to settle separately so food went cold whilst waiting
Price and cleanliness
The whole place hasnt been decorated in years and smelt awful. The room was dirty with wardrobes falling apart, the Tv was 25 years old and the shower curtain was hanging off. The bedding was horrid and the room was dirty
Staff seamed arrogent weren't very friendly or welcoming.
I have no complaints
