Location Car parking Near Airport Friendly Hotel
LARGE ROOM WITH LARGE BEDS, GOOD BREAKFAST, GOOD EVENING MEAL AT GOOD PRICE,DRINKS NOT OVER PRICED LIKE SOME HOTELS,
NOTHING, THE HOTEL IS GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY,
It was close to Airport & University & lots of amenities
No parking even though large car park & staff don't care! Told to be quiet even though its obvious it was Tv & two people talking & laughing
big bed an a jacuzzi
noisy people at 6 am making a unbelievable racket going to catch there flights
Good food, very handy location and helpful staff
Strong smell of drainage in corridor outside of our room number 461
Not much but I guess you get what you pay for.
Parking: massive car park full of cars, airport parking? Very few available spaces. We had Executive Room, very basic and tired; not exec by any standard.
Upgraded to an executive family suite Room quiet Bed comfortable Plenty of tea and coffee Lots of hot water and fast filling bath
Difficult car parking Shower broken
The executive room was nice enough and food in the italian was lovely. Bar was cimfortable and friendly.
We opted for the executive suite because there was a good deal on it but was disappointed that the jacuzzi bath wasnt working, as it was an offer I didnt complain. Would have been the icing on the cake if it had actuslly worked. Never mind.
Excellent value for money, a lovely overnight stay in a comfortable room with everything you could want - even a jacuzzi bath in our room - lovely. We had 14 days parking and transport to and from the hotel. Made a relaxing start to our holiday which started the minute we walked into the hotel.
Nothing really. To be picky the buffet meal could have been better but it wouldn't put us off going again. Still good value. Also we requested an alarm call but didn't get one, good job we had our own alarm too!
The speed of room change when I complained. Fair prices in Italian restaurant and bar.
Damp smell in the bedroom and bath taps that didn't work
Liked the room very much
Lack of parking. Really difficult to park. Would put our family off staying there
A lot of green space.
- No WIFI connection in room and lobby - there are more then 1000 parking places but it's still very hard to find a parcking spot - noisy toilet - very crouded place and because of that from 6.00 am it's very much noise on the halls and at 7.45 am the cleaning boy knocked on the door and tryed to enter
Location & price & clean
Rooms difficult to find. Rooms tiny & too hot & stuffy.
Lack of parking Very average breakfast
The food was dreadful, not just one meal but even the replacement. The pizza was a swimming pool of grease. The burger tasted like it was 3years old. Staff were average. Rooms were bad and the key lock didn't work. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.
- Availability at short notice. - Late check in.
- I've slept in worse beds - although I cant remember when. - Massive car park, but you can't find a space due to free airport parking! - Accommodation while clean is pretty run down.
It was fairly cheap so did not expect too much. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very nice and clean.
The car parking was a complete nightmare. Although the car parks were very large there was not a single space available. As a lone female arriving back quite late at night in the dark and not being able to find a space to park my car I found it quite unnerving. Staff were not really interested in my dilemma!
easy to find
Dated, dark reception and public areas. Our room was tiny, looked on to a storage yard, only had one dining chair for two people other than the bed to sit on,no WiFi in bedroom, and the sound proofing was so awful, so that all noise in the corridor was easliy heard, from cleaning staff to other guests walking by outside, which meant we were woken up at 7.30 each morning. The car parks were always full making finding a space difficult, and on the morning of departure, there were a dirty pair of mens underpants and socks on the walkway just outside the front door!! Charming!!!!
Handy location to motorway. Loads of parking. Staff nice.
Hallways smell musty. Bathroom needs a but of work. Beds not great.
Really nice bed, spa bath, accommodating staff
Had everything we needed: bed, tv, kettle, bathroom
Decor bit dated, but that didn't bother us.
carpet and decor not the best
The first allocated room was very poor and there were insects in and around the air vents, I couple not have stayed there. Reported to front desk who immediately apologised and upgraded me to a fantastic executive room, so that was brilliant service.
First room was outdated, had insect issue and smelt like it had been a smoking room previously. I would not stay in this type of room at any cost.
First stay room excellent
Second stay after operation on shoulder room very sad and needs up dating
Lovely suite with a huge bed and a great bath! Plenty of room :)
Room was warm.
