Comfortable beds, modern bathroom, excellent breakfast
Room was dated & tired. Some stains on walls & ceiling . Terrifying picture on the wall!
very hard uncomfortable bed. noise of heating kept us up all night. I was due to arrive to check in 15th december, I had booked on a pay when you get there basis but the hotel decided to take the money the day before I was arriving and also take the payment when I arrived which means i have paid double the amount for the room and i still have not had my money back
Bathroom door wouldnt close, window broken, unclean room
Lovely hotel. Got a cracking deal and both our rooms were brilliant and clean. Plenty room for my travel cot, even in our single room. Would stay here again.
Thought the restaurant could be open a bit later.
The young man on reception gave us an upgrade and carried our bags up to our room. We used our bus passes to get around - bus stops outside the hotel. Free car park. Pleasant surroundings.
We were on the third floor. The only lift was out of action for two days.
comforatable room service tray charge only 3.00
Lady Birds in room
B'fast was good
Wi-Fi not available in room, only in common areas tired décor poor tv reception/limited channels looked like 1970 budget hotel chain walls paper thin can hear everyones movements/conversations
Hotel was over all very good A little bit disappointed with evening meals
We had a beautiful room with a large bed, it even had a sofa, two chairs and a table. The TV was the old style but the room was so large it didn't make a difference. The bathrooom was also a really nice size.
The reception area smelt a little pub like, and the staff were slow with processing our checking. The room had little sound proofing so you could hear people walking up and down the corridor.
Cheap, clean, comfy bed.
The room was enormous. Shame I was only there for a few hours.
It was dark when I arrived and there was no obvious signpost on the main road. I drove past twice before guessing which entrance to try.
I made good use of the jacuzzi! The room was very comfortable, warm and clean. I was very surprised with the new style bathroom, due to the old style building I was expecting the bathroom to be old, cold and boring. The price i paid was very reasonable, i will be definitely be staying here in the future. Loads of parking spaces and free wi-fi connection in each room! What more can you ask for!!! I found the hotel easy using the sat-nav. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. The beds were much more comfier than those at the travelodge.
I liked everything!
Price was ok and location was quiet although hotel itself was noisy on a Saturday night - lot of movement in the corridors
Bed and room were very small - had booked a double but the bed was the smallest double possible.
Large bar area curiously decorated with general purpose 'exotic' artefacts. Parking was a bonus and the hotel is on a good bus route.
Shabby. Our ground floor room had a view over weeds and full bin bags. The shower door was broken.
Convenience. Friendliness of staff on the desk at 6am. Efficiency of transfers to airport both on departure and return - Very good.
No coffee machines available for those leaving early in the morning to catch flights. Within minutes of getting up in the morning, our room was invaded by large wasps, the shade over the ceiling lamp was full of dead ones, I cannot therefore believe that this was a first time situation. It is lucky that we had no small children with us, or somebody with wasp phobia, not a pleasant experience.
Fire door close to room doors so you hear it being opened constantly through the night
Staff very pleasant & helpful. Happy hour good value Good choice of food for breakfast & plenty of it . Choice of eating venues. Have stayed here previously prior to flying & would stay here again
The room was great couldn't ask for more. The bed was really comfortable had a good nights sleep. Plenty of choice for breakfast.
As we travelled up late afternoon it had already started to get dark as we weren't sure of the location we drove past it a couple of times as we could not see a sign. I think the sign should be up lighted so it can be seen more clearly .
The hotel has easy access to both Manchester city centre and Trafford Centre. Rooms are good, staff is friendly. Perfect for a few days away.
The staff were friendly and the room was nice and clean.
The location. It was difficult to locate.
The staff was helpful always
The thing is the hotel 3 stars and it's too expensive because breakfast not included and if you want you have to pay 10£more. Other thing I was hearing everything in front of my door and other rooms . No internet or network in my room and it's mentioned that it's only in public area only and because of that lobby always full of people crowded and congested. I didn't feel comfortable at all.
Smoking room, plenty of hot water
Tv did not work (don't work a month ago when I was there ) and only one socket in room
