tiszta, kényelmes, csendes, tágas szoba, nyugodt környezet

a fűtést csak az egyik éjszaka kapcsolták be a kettőből, a második este a szobát nem tudtuk kinyitni, holott kifizettük érkezéskor a teljes szállásdíjat, nem hívták fel a figyelmet, hogy érvényesíttessük a mágneskártyát, a recepció személyzete lehetett volna informatívabb

the hotel was very noisy all night.Als the smoke alarm was going off for no reason.And the hotel lacked any noise discipline what so ever.They had several parties going on,and the mess at the hotel entrance was disguisting! I,m just glad i never paid the full rate,but me and my colleagues should not have to put up with this kind of noise etc,no matter how much we pay.Also i have booked a hotel through you for febuary i just wonder what kind off hotel this will turn out to be! I may yet cancel this booking! All in all we werw very disappointed.

We had heard alot of negative comments about the hotel, but our stay was very good, nice bright hotel, lots of facilities.Didn't try the food and we received and upgraded room.

The hotel is a fair hike if you want to go into manchester, £15 by taxi on average,saying that Disbury is very nice. The TV had not been tuned for the digital switchover, but there was a sign in reception explaining a problem.

we bookerd a double room but got a twin room.There appeared to be a function going on which was noisy for quite a while.Aso it would be nice to have breakfast incuded in the price.(perhaps a cheaper continental style)

Having read the recent reviews of this hotel I was dreading going, however I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was spotless although the furniture was a little battered. Overall the hotel was being refurbished and I can imagine in its' heyday it had been luxurious. The only complaint I would say was the food was very disappointing and not very good value for money. If I were to recommend this hotel to friends and family I would warn them of the pitfalls but stress the room was clean and value for money.

The best thing about the hotel is that it is situated between the airport & city centre.

It took at least half an hour to check-in (nothing to do with queues) and there was confusion over our booking which had not been processed and left us waiting at the hotel reception til it all had been put through the system. This was despite us booking in late that evening. Room service was delivered without cutlery and condiments. The room was not particularly clean either.

I always enjoy my stay at the Britannia Country House Hotel when I am flying from Manchester Airport. Food excellent

just spent time in manchester and at the trafford centre

single rooms are a bit shabby and in certain areas it is really busy and alot of young groups stay there so it can be a disturbance late at night but it wasn't to expensive so i knew what to expect.

The staff were really friendly allowing us to check in as soon as we got in. The rooms were very clean. No complaints would definetly stay here again!

The reception staff were dismissive and uncommunicative. The room had a wet patch on the carpet that remained the whole weekend and the whole hotel was uncomfortably warm

long check-in.room faults (like TV problems) not resolved.

On the night we stayed we were kept awake all night by drunks shouting and smoling under our window. The exit door was littered with glass and empy bottles etc and some of the drunks were still there when we left about 4.15 am!
