Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good value.
Having to pay for parking and use of fascilities. Broken window in room. Childrens bed pushed up against window on third floor. Noisy at night. Room was very hot.
Location n value for money.
Disgustingly dirty room was given n when complained the second given room wasn't any better. I wasn't happy but had to stay coz the payment had been made.
The entertainment in the evening and friendly staff.
It wasn't designed for young babies as you could not fit a buggy in the lift!! Could be cleaner but was fair for the price!
Beds were comfy
Free wi fi
Wallpaper hanging off V old carpets Lift with graffitti edged into metal Poor and cold breakfast Cheap coffee and tea Had to use electric heater to unfreeze room
The long walk on the beautiful beach
Water pressure Clean and tidy Location
Mattress was ridiculously uncomfortable and the shower head leaked.
Second visit great hotel friendly comfortable well worth the money.
To have the same price in the summer...!
The price and location.
It was like been in the Bahamas in the room. Was so hot. Needs a good makeover. But you get what you pay for
We booked this hotel the morning of New Years Eve having made a last minute decision to do something different. The hotel is just a typical budget hotel really, nothing special but not really anything to moan about either. Breakfast was fine, bonus that we didn't have to check out until 12 on New Year's Day, shower was great and bed was comfy, what else do you need really!
Gaffa tape holding carpet together probably isn't a great touch and I can positively say I haven't even seen that in the worst kind of hostels while travelling but did that make my stay any worse... No we just found it funny!
The hotel was in need of a complete refurbishment!
Receptionist didnt know where to look for our booking. We booked a 'superior delux double room' ...when we got there the receptionist said we had a 'Twin Executive room' and we couldnt change. Had to bend down in the lift up. The main light in the small, far from executive, room wasnt working, the curtains were filthy, the bathroom was so shoddy and falling apart!! Would not recommend.
Staff were friendly polite and we attentive.
Not having anywhere to park our virchle, told there was bath in our room and there wasn't, bed wasn't very comfortable, TV didn't work signal was poor, wasnt what I expected for the price I paid wouldn't go back there again

Me and my boyfriend got their late afternoon I had previously stayed at the hotel a few years back with my auntie so I knew it was low budget because we found upside down beds and pizza boxes everywhere. So knowing that I wasn't expecting much we got our Room and to find cobwebs dirty bathroom and a Brocken plug sicken who my boyfriend an electrician was Not happy about
