Very clean Comfortable room Location

Swimming pool very run down. Child's bed wasn't in place when we arrived.

Breakfast was very nice

Room was a bit small, and the shower wasn't very good.

It was cheap

Windows hadn't been cleaned for years ! Bedroom carpet was worn out ! Breakfast bar and fruit juice glasses were filthy !

the hotel location is ideal and the room was very good value for money the room was clean and tidy I found the staff polite and helpfull

the rooms decor could do with being modernised as could the tv and wi-fi in the rooms would of been better than public areas only , the lifts where also slightly small although thankfully we did noty have allot of luggage

Location,the outside sitting area,the breakfast was pleasantly good and the pool and Jacuzzi was clean and suitable for purpose.Overall the hotel and rooms were clean.

The shortage of staff,lack of bar staff and they should be more knowledgeable in general.Brighten up the breakfast room felt like a food hall/cafeteria again more staff.breakfast staff were not friendly/welcoming.parking facilities not clearly allocated no option to reserve.was not aware the swimming pool was not included or that there was a parking charge.Toilet in bedroom kept blocking.no hot water out of the shower in the morning.decor could do with some updating.Baths should be seen to or replaced as badly stained.

The location was good - only being a short walk to the beach. The room was clean.

The charge for use of the pool despite being residents. The noise at 4:30am from other guests. The breakfast was really no frills. The TV was an antique. We had two children and only one bed - consequently not enough pillows or towels. I feel it was overpriced for the overall experience and adding a charge for use of the pool just added insult to injury.

first room was a nightmare but they did give us another room so good bathroom was clean but shower doors hanging of & dirty does need updating .

Close proximity to all amenities. Bright and spacious bedroom.

Room very dusty and had not been cleaned properly. Bad smell in room - possibly damp. Hotel in desperate need of decorating and refurbishment. Breakfast plates not washed properly. Staff not particularly helpful or friendly. Our booking had been cancelled due to an error on the debit card number but no attempt had been made to contact me. Restricted car parking on site.

The location is a very close to the beach the room wasnt ready so we had a drink at the bar...the prices were dear. £3.65 for a bottle of Sol and £3.75 for a pint of Guinness!

The sneaky £3.00 charge for carparking. There were 3 lights in the bedroom and only one of them worked.Try doing your makeup in dim light!

Staff attitude. Trying to get an answer from concierge was near on impossible. A laissez faire attitude was taken to requests. Upon making a complaint no regard was given. Priority was to new guests rather than the existing guests requirements. There was a distinct lack of parking.

Gross gross gross!!! We checked in and we went into shower was filthy has someone elses hairy soap in it and the shower windows were just dirty...I Was so angry that I have the pictures to prove this.....The vent has over an inch of dust which had fallen on the toilet paper directly below and now the tp was coverted in dirty dust....The parking was just awful, they are quick to charge you to park there but will not guarantee you parking, they charge for everything they can think of to park, to use your credit card, to use the pool, breakfast and these charges are not easily found on booking.com, you have to troll thru everything to find them...I Also have the pictures of the white substance on the back of the chair in the room, the elevators had not not been washed in who nows how long, and I did not even want to lean on wall as elevator small....AWFUL Experience, oh yes and by the way in room 308 apparenlty the shower did not work and my husband and I heard them tell this man to go to the pool to take a bath as no one available to service his shower...GROSS Gross gross!!!!! Every time we were down stairs we notice management had to argue with so many guest about charges and deposits...the hotel needs some seroius help!

Very cheap with a standard service. Its great value hotel to stay. If i visit bournemouth again then i m going stay here again. Free wifi was a boost ;)

Price was absolutely cheap and the hotel had a nice bedroom, very confortable (the hotel itself is not very beautiful). Breakfast was ok, quite rich. Staff was friendly.

Bad staff attitude Has to pay for hotel car park Poor lighting in the room Infection control issues such as bed linens and towel are put on the floor in the corridor outside all the rooms which also is a health and safety problem because its a trip hazard and obstacle in an event of a fire.

This hotel is great value for money. The breakfast is really good and delicious.

We didn't expect much because of the money we payed but was greatly surprised. The staff were helpful the room was not cramped and was bright and airy the bathroom was clean. We could not have asked to stay anywhere better.

Nothing at all. Liked and enjoyed everything.

Had no TV in my room .No number on phone to call down .went down stairs to tell them .was told one would be set up to my room nothing arrived..Also had to pay to park and it clearly stated free parking onsite And all 123 rooms had tv`s ....

Got moved to the health field hotel as you were overbooked health field lovely but no hot water for a shower or wash had to boil the kettle not informed there was a problem with the water.

Leaving

Card key lock on door doesn't work. Takes far too long to enter the room. I witnessed other guest having to return to reception, just a bad system. Asked to pay for dinner prior to having it explained that it was a buffet. Not a very high standard of food either, food looked & tasted that it had been out a long time. No offer of a drink either. Room had a very thin internal door and the noise travelled through easily.
