Room was clean and warm although the room looked a bit worn. Right in the city centre, so its close to everything. Great for the price The hotel was a dated and a bit tired. Parking was expensive as you have to use an NCP car park (£9.50 per night) |

reception was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable Breakfast was minimal. Food was greasy and cold. No plates available, had to use side plates. The room was very small, with a noisy air conditioning unit. Bathroom was awful, the toilet looked like it was ready to fall off the wall and move when used. |

Good value for one night break. Happy with room. Room / linen clean. Good discount for the NCP. Great location for city centre trip. We were only there for 1 evening and so difficult to say there was anything we didn't like except we were given a key for a room that already had someone in but that was sorted quickly! |

Ease of access to city centre. Too hot and too noisy to open the window due to the proximaty of the bypass. |

The room was clean and had all comforts of a more expensive category. got an inexpensive drink from friendly bar staff. The receptionist was not able to advise how to negotiate the one-way system to get into car park recommended and got a bit snappy. Sick love-making noises from somewhere in the building at 5am on sat - just like described in a news paper article that sat somewhere. Did it encourage copy cats? bar staff inconsistent with some colleagues. |

The room was a good size, walk in closet and other facilities were good. Bathroom was also quite decent. Although parking was advertised it was in an ncp across the street and cost £14.50 for every 24 hours, which wasn't detailed in the listing on your site. Room service failed to clean the room two days on the trot and I had to collect my own fresh towels from reception. Key card for the door also failed to work a lot and had to get reception to come up to let me in. |

Central, affordable, friendly staff. Leaking vent above my bath woke me up in the middle of the night! Room heating did not seem to work. |

The Hotel was in a good location, & the staff on the reception was polite and considerate. The shower didn't work, there was no hot water, holes in the walls, broken tiles, no wardrobe doors, or a remote to the t'v |
