The beds were nice and comfy and the room temperature was just right Carpets were dirty, only 1 bedside table, leaky shower. Reception staff need to smile more!! I did not receive room service as the phone just kept ringing, in the end i had to go to the bar |

Very helpful reception staff. Good view from room window. Reasonably prompt lift. Good central location. Quiet rooms. Noisy air con in restaurant. So powerful it turned the food cold before it could be eaten. Noisy breakfast diners on their mobiles and laptops....it's a breakfast area, not an office! Combined shampoo/conditioner would be better than shampoo only. Why do cleaning staff need to hang about in reception area? |

Very efficient service, ordering taxis etc. Good breakfast. Booking online very effective. Due to its location I found I could not have the window open at night due to the noise outside. This made the room a bit stuffy. |

I liked it. It was simple but okay. The beds were fine and it was quiet. The location is good. It served our purpose and it was not very expensive. I would like more internetfacilities. A lot of reservations nowadays are possible to make through internet. Also checkingi in for a flight. For this it is important to have a (fast) internetconnection and a possbility of printing in the hotel. I missed that. Another thing is that it showed that the hotel wasn't very new a bit shabby here and there but this didn't bother us so much. |

The cleaning staff were very helpful, the bedroom size was spacious. Desperately in need of refurbishment. Room was grotty, bathroom dirty. I plugged in the electric kettle which fused all the plugs in the room. The phone was broken. Carpet and furnishings very tatty. Over priced for such basic accommadation. The receptionists were not helpful, but the cleaning staff were lovely. |

Convenient location. The dinner service was very poor. On arrival at 2045, we were told that no more food would be put out,and we were just able to scrape up enough food for four. however on departure at end of our meal,we were amazed to see that fresh trays had been put out. This was on evening of Friday 13th. The clothes rail in our room(408) collapsed on 13th Nov and we were unable to hang up any clothes---reported to Reception. Poor availability of public transport information, and the complimentary map did not even show the tramway! |

Room was incredibly hot, thermostat for heating did not work. We booked 4 twins rooms, 2 of which were good and the other 2 poor - small, noisey, exposed wires. |

The breakfast was nice and staff were friendly Stag do's kept me awake at night. There were at least ten people in the adjacent room at 3am on the first night, and arguments at the bar outside the hotel on the second night. Also there were strange stains on the carpet, lamps and curtains... |

Location was great Staff were unattentive, we dropped our bags in our room at check in and didn't realise until we returned late evening just how dirty the bathroom was, dripping shower, grime all over tiles and dark hair I. All corners of floor. On check out receptioinst only asked for room number never looked up to ask if all ok with room. Very poor |

The location of the hotel was very central. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a good size. The hotel seemed in need of a makeover. The tv was out of date, only receiving a few channels successfully, the picture quality was poor and the remote batteries were held in by sellotape. The artwork on the wall in the room had fallen from the frame. |

There was no car park which was not mentioned and had to pay £13.50 just to park the car for a day! They tried charging me £20! Wanted a bath but changed mind after seeing previous guests hairs still in plug hole! |

The location and proximity to parking was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Large room, not at all cramped. Room was a little shabby with drab colours - try using cream instead of green and add a little red! Both bedroom and bathroom could have done with a really good clean |
