It was my second stay in Britannia hotel. I liked the size of the room, comfort of the bed, nice bathroom etc...
Very good location, nice bathroom.
The room has not been renovated for a long time and was dusty.
We had fab time hotel was grt we will do it again luved fridge everything we needed plenty tea milk towels pillows
Small bed we like king size it was comfotable hairdryer didnt work
Location was good
Rude staff, facilities poor
Basic but clean, very convenient location and quiet even though on a busy road
Bed extremely uncomfortable mattress too hard
Spacious double room. Walking distance of city centre and concert arena.
Lifts very slow. Room cold at night - no radiators. Blow heater was blowing cold air. Breakfast expensive.
Amazing location and fan rooms can't go wrong
Lovely comfortable bedroom. Bar great, very reasonably priced drinks. Great location for city centre.
location. Short walk from train station.
slow check in, room cold and lots of wear and tear.
nice view and friendly staff
only one lift working again
staff very good helpful and polite house staff very polite great location good room clean and fresh peaceful night
The view from the room was terrific, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable (£35 for the night). The bathroom was also very nice, with a good shower. Overall a good experience.
A TV that was definitely at least twenty years old, tried to connect my 360 (late-night gaming) to realise it doesn't have the correct port (or indeed, any ports). The lock on my room was also a bit dodgy, with a bit of fiddling I did get it to work.
location, breakfast, quietness at night
rooms were dirty, bathrooms filthy, toilet broken,1 lift for whole hotel, staff not professional.. would NEVER stay again
Easy check in , close to public transport, supermarket, restaurants
Dirty walls. Ripped carpets.hotel still furbished from the eighties. No wifi in rooms
I was located on a quiet floor in the corner. Very peaceful. Great view too.
The breakfast wasn't great.
value for money location
Location very good
Very noisy through the night, other guests ?seemingly thoughtless
It's cheap and a central location
Seriously needs refurbishment and the rooms were freezing at night.
Good location close to the city clubs and bars.
Parking in the NCP right by the hotel was convenient, but, very expensive, £15.00 for 24 hours took the edge off any savings on the hotel booking.
Its right in centre of town
Shower was good, staff on the desk were very helpful
I think the hotel rooms are very old and outdated especially for the price we paid, if a different hotel was in the area at a cheaper price I wouldn't definitely choose to stay elsewhere
The heating didn't work so it was too cold. The check out is too early.
it was very reasonable priced, had all facilities (except wi-fi), and was a pleasant experience. I left my laptop leads by accident and they returned them to me the next day!!! Thanks
lol, sorry - the lifts. May be haunted.
It was in a central location
No internet, no kitchenette and they still have not made my refund!
