Very quaint location. Beautiful park across the street. Beautiful old building. Free Internet is always appreciated. No hot water in the early morning - no compensation offered for this inconvenience. It was corrected in a few hours. Very Very small twin beds in a small room - almost like children's sized beds.

the location and surrounding area with easy access to the town centre. lack of lounge area to relax with a drink, there is only a limited amount of seating in the lounge.

The warm welcome. Staff going that extra mile as when I asked for extra milk for my room I was offered the choice of small cartons or fresh milk, which is something I have not been offered anywhere else I have stayed when on business trips. Thank you for making my one night stay rememberable for positive reasons

The staff were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. My husband and I married in a Best Western hotel, some years ago, in scotland and the hotel charactor reminded us of the one we were married in. In my opinion, the only negative about the hotel was the lighting in the room. It was not ideal for applying make-up; plus there was alot of road noise/seirons. However, the hotel is near to the hospital and after drinking several units of alcohol, it did not prevent us from sleeping. If I was in Rochdale again I would definately consider ths hotel.

The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. The staff are fabulous!! Nothing is too much for them and they are all so helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

will never stay in this hotel again, partys on friday and saturday nite was never told about this , people going to the partys have more rights in the hotel than a paying custormer, manager made me that angry that we left a night early never to return

Warm welcome and friendly check-in staff. A small and very cold room. Slow service at the bar,once served the staff had to leave the bar to get ice. Then left again to get change. Breakfast time and no staff to be seen for 5mins. Then we had to wait another 5 mins for coffee,are breakfast order was taken,but it took 40mins to arrive and the order was wrong.

Nothing Mattresses were most uncomfortable ever experienced and in desperate need of replacement. We had a disturbed and sleepless night. After my protest I did get a full refund of the room price

I found the hotel easy to find and near to my conference venue in Rochdale. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I was disappointed with the hotel and the food. Although in a lower price bracket than some hotels it did not represent good value for money. The building needs some serious renovation. I did not check out hotel reveiws for this hotel as I have used Best Western before and found them to be of a higher standard than that which I encountered at Broadfield Park.

nice atmosphere - friendly staff - bar comfortable and welcoming - food and drink reasonable and tasty room comfortable non cooked breakfast person on 2nd day no yogurt or muesli - small choice of fruit - often happens in hotels - avaliable on sat but not on sunday short staffed so long wait for food on the friday evening -
