Excellent location Niggles with the room, lots of bulbs not working, radiator in the bathroom leaking, tv in main bedroom not working and only 2 cups even though its a family room.

The setting of the hotel is beautiful Too many staff trying to do one job, particularly serving meals/waiting on tables! Hoovering whilst breakfast being served doesn't support a luxury hotel ethos! may have been a one off not sure.

Well presented dinner with good service. With the exception of dinner the staff and the hotel seemed disorganised. The step down in the bathroom combined with a step down out of the bath room was hazardous if not dangerous. Some difficulty in arranging dinner on arrival. The room was advertised as small in fact it was so small that there was no comfortable place to sit which in this price bracket we would have expected.
