Broadway Hotel (Nr Pleasure Beach)  

Within easy reach of shops. Staff being helpful and obliging. Private parking. Breakfast was good.

Room a bit small. Although spotlessly clean, our room could do with being refurbed.

could hear people talking in the next room, and when people walked past, it sounded like they were coming in the room, telephone didn't work either.

Good budget hotel, you get what you pay for. £22 per night is a great rate, and single rooms were available, extremely hard to find in other hotels. I will stay again if im with friends on a doo !

Good value for money and decent sized room.

Freeview didn't work and too late for breakfast at 10:05 which was disappointing.

The hotel was very dirty. The heating in our room did not work and the room was very dated and dirty with the carpets not even hoovered. Bed was terribly soft and we both kept rolling into the middle. We had paid for two nights stay but only stayed one night and returned home. Total waste of money and would never stay there again.

Hard to access with suitcases & strollers but not the owners fault. All the old buildings are like this. Sometimes a little cold in the room.

Hotel is needing a major re-vamp. Very dated facilities and rooms very small.

Breakfast was not so good. The breakfast seemed to have been cooked and then kept luke warm . Also the cutlery was not clean and the inside of the cups badly stained. They need to improve on these issues

Clean and warm room, very friendly staff and an excellent full English breakfast, would definately stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel was very dated. My room was dirty, cold and uncomfortable, the carpet was filthy. Mould on the bathroom ceiling with loose ceiling tiles also. A sheet and blanket was the bedding provided, no quilt. It was like staying in a room from the 50's and not in a nice antique way! Would not go again or recommend.
