location brilliant for south blackpool
cleanliness, service for breakfast slow
value for money, Friendly staff, cheap breakfast.
you could hear everything from rooms above and next to you, very weak deco. fresh paint its more than needed.
There was nothing to like about this Hotel.
Nothing, it was terrible, it was dirty and the staff were not very good at their jobs.
Location. Polite staff. Reasonably clean.
Mattresses a bit thin. Shower could do with an overhall.
The location was fab with the tram stopping just across the main road. It was a cheap night but cleanliness was a real let down. Breakfast was ok... however we had to pick the cleanest cups on the table to use and breakfast juice was orange squash. Waitresses very lazy! Was glad we only booked 1 night, wont be booking here again!
Carpets dirty, shower dirty, wallpaper hanging off walls, no matress protector, no headboard, springs poking through matress, looked like someone has wet toilet paper and chucked it up at the ceiling and it had stuck :s black mould on net curtains, curtains hanging off.
Poor bar, rude staff, dirty room , drunken staff, locks didn't work on doors, TV didn't work ,the hotel needs a lick off paint a,s,a,p would not recommend this hotel too any one , total waist off money,

room was really out dated wall paper hanging off the wall, net curtains looked like someone whipped the dinner on them,, windows wouldn't shut properly , shower was tiny, whole room stunk, and the clean bedding was shoaked in urine. or the breakfast was small too.
Staff were rude, unhelpful ceiling collapsed in my friends room no apologies made. Breakfast was cheap and nasty. Rooms were dirty.worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
