Don't stay here premises were shut down two weeks after booked at beginning of November, no sign on door to this affect,
The place was shut down and we were left stranded
all of it
The staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for us.Would definatly go again.
Very spacious room, good entertainment for our children.
The bed was just springs not enough covering on mattress tv not working no bed side light. No breakfast after waiting 40 mins. Complain to manager who offered free stay next visit. They will have pay me a lot of money to stay there again.
The location close to pleasure beach
Having booked 2 rooms both were poorly heated and was upgraded to a family room only to find previous guest underwear in a draw and not a very clean room at all
It met my needs for a lads weekend for £20pp all good I wud hav to say
In all 3 rooms cudnt get televisions to work
How close it is to the shore, great location and generally clean nice staff
No wifi connection in the bedrooms and when we were in the lobby there was only good connection near the desk/reception
Nothing beds were terrible
nice clean room
waittres at breakfast wanting to stop serving breakfast before 10.clock.
The food wasn't very good, some was burnt and some was under cooked. The plates and cutlery on our table wasn't very clean. In our room the floor wasn't very clean and shower was broken off the holder, in my sons room the central heating wouldn't turn off so he was too warm all night.
Everything was fine all people who wrote bad reviews what do you want for the price I find the staff very helpful bedroom was fine bed was brilliant would stay again and take our kids thank you
The noise outside but not down to hotel or staff!!!
The sea view, clean sheets
the bed, the food, the room, the on-suite facilities
Music played until 1.30am Noisy residents Thin walls Lack of cleanliness
It's a cheap budjet hotel you know what to expect for the price.
nice breakfast, friendly staff, half decent shower, nice towels and clean sheets wouldnt hesitate to book again
beds a bit soft,a bit on the chilly side, bits under the bed really needs a good hoovering ,creaky banging doors and really in need of a lick of paint
Dogs live in better conditions in kennels Faulty electrics Toilet didint flush Wallpaper falling off This place needs knocking down and rebuilding to make me stop ere again Freezing cold in room Breakfast cold Cups dirty Curtains didint fit Dust everywhere Nowhere to park I advise people not to stop ere for their own safety
The way out.
Holes in the wall. Stained sheets with cigarette burns in them. Broken window latch, dirty windows (inside and out), a bed shaped like a bow, peeling wall paper. The list goes on. Complaint sent to the head office including photo's of the rooms condition. Seeking full refund.
Great location for pleasure beach and south pier. Room had a sea view and staff were friendly.
Bed wasn't that comfortable
There was no parking, the place was filthy, the room was dingy and tiny and the bed was broken, the hotel had screwed a plank of wood onto the bed base where it had fallen through (i have photo evidence) The staff were not the least bit interested and said we were to take it up with booking.com. we had to find another hotel and pay an extra £75.00...absolutley disgusting!!
I liked it when we went out everyday.
I didn't like the hotel at all.And the breakfast was awful and I didn't like how unclean everything was.And it was badly in need of decorating and tidying up
Hotel was dirty, rooms not cleaned properly, toilet wouldn't flush, shower wouldn't work. Owners were more interested in there phones then helping customers. Wouldn't use again
The location was good. The staff were friendly & helpful.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, & the heating never worked ( we were told it was on a timer & would come in but it never did) which made for a bad night sleep. The toilet didn't flush, & the tv or shower didn't work.
