The thin walls between bedrooms (sounds seems to carry) and the use of damp logs for the fires.

Fantastic location on the green in Broadway. Lovely restaurant and food. Luxurious furnishings and bedding. Very comfortable and friendly.

Bathroom in room 12 needed a refit, the shower was poor.

Room we were allocated was small and cold, however outside temperature was also very cold.

I liked everything. The staff are friendly and very helpful and quick off the mark.

Poor service during evening dinner in restaurant - more interested in setting empty tables for breakfast than taking our dessert order.......

I thought the facilities were excellent. The room was particularly clean and comfortable. The staff were very accomodating and extremely friendly. Not least, the bar area with the open fire and great choice of beers was the icing on the cake. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We always enjoy our annual beak in Broadway - relaxing and and enjoy lovely walks out in the countryside and surrounding villages.

We had a fabulous couple of days. Lovely hotel which was old and traditional yet had modern touches. Really friendly staff made us feel very welcome.

first class hotel deserves 4 star rating. I couldn't fault the facilities or staff.

The hotel had an olde worlde charm and we loved everything about it. Our room was delightful, the bed really comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast was superb.

If I found anything it would be having the wash basin situated in the bedroom rather than the bathroom.

The Cotswolds is a beautiful part of the country and the village of Broadway is a gem especially around Christmas time. The Broadway Hotel never disappoints us. and the food is exceptionally good but the menu is rather limited.

The way the invoice is presented, very difficult to work out cost of drinks/meals etc.

Noisy room (20) Resturant food quite expensive Ok if quality matched but the Dessert - apple &blackberry crumble certainly didn't.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was decorated very nicely, the location was perfect.

f i am absolutely truthful i was a little disappointed when i was inside the hotel, i didn't really like the decor of the bar area, there was something not quite right, it just wasn't inviting,. There was a little lounge which was nice but was not clear whether it was for residents only or not. I did get use the restaurant although again it was not what i expected but the food and the staff made up for it. The room was quaint. The reception staff were very friendly and I would recommend the hotel.
