The hotel was set in lovely grounds and the staff were extremely friendly. We had a relaxing weekend, our room had a whirlpool bath and walk in shower. The food was first class. We would have liked a bit more choice on the main menu, the room service menu was more extensive tho.

The service was excellent, the beds were very comfortable, especially the pillows. The food was out of this world! The conservatory armchairs were very comfortable. The bedroom had two comfortable chairs. Absolutely wonderful. Too far from where I live! I would go more often otherwise.

The food was lovely. Fairly expensive but really lovely. And I loved my bathroom - the rainflal shower was great. I didn't like the floorboards creaking so much every time I walked across it. I felt like I must be annoying those beneath me!
