It is friendly and clean. Beds are comfortable. No noise from other rooms toilets and running water. For front rooms secondary or double glazing would be an advantage. There is a noise something like Indian drums, could be a noise from the heating boiler maybe? A bit annoying at night.

Location They tried to put me into a non-executive room. Only after time and effort did I get the room I8 paid for, and after they said they were taken, which was not so. Waited a long time at reception

This hotel was ideal for visiting family and a good price. It's a fairly old fashioned hotel but it was fine for a overnight stay.

It was actually my daughter and her fiance who stayed at the hotel, but they both thought the hotel as a whole was very friendly and comfortable.

Proximity to LegoLand Windsor Room was poorly furnished. Food was good quality but very expensive Cooked breakfast was an additional cost Running water in room was described as "not suitable for drinking" but no other water supplied Mould in kettle additional problem in making tea or coffee (without water this was difficult anyway!) Numerous wasps in room not really appreciated!

Made to feel welcome and clean, tidy hotel. Very nice hot powerful shower. Nice staff generally. Not a luxury hotel but you get what you pay for and it was ok. The lady working behind the bar I encountered was not particularly friendly. The smell of the kitchen was strong in my room.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Bed very comfortable Long haul upstairs with heavy cases. No lift. Terrible smell of cooking in corridors and pervading room. The fact that had I not complained politely my room would have been noisy inspite of a quiet room request and the iron A.nd bathroom light were not working in that room. It took a while to move but then all ok. No eating facilities so need to pay a taxi to go out

Friendly, amenable staff. Very convenient location for our needs. Good value for money. Unable to drink water from the tap in our room - the weather was hot during our stay, including at night. No mid-day meals provided during the day, yet guests not permitted to bring food into the hotel. This is awkward if you have traveeled some distance in the morning and want something to eat at lunchtime.

Leaving ! The service and lack of any food available at lunchtime. Also the big notes in the room informing guests they will be charged if they bring and food/drink into the hotel ??? And will be fined £10 for not returning key on departure. Very bad "restaraunt" menu.Shabby exterior with old knackered cars parked in car park, not a good look. When booking I asked if there was a room available for some meetings, I was told this would be fine and I could use the lounge. On checking out I discovered I was charged £90 a day for the privelage??????? When I questioned it I was given a very frosty response and no apology for not informing me before my trip. I paid graciously but will not be going back.

Facilties are quite basic and I thought that there common areas didn't smell fresh.. maybe stale cooking odours. It really didn't meet my expectations of an Executive Double room.

Very convenient for Sunnungdale golf club Standard twin room where the single beds which were very small and narrow. Being over 6 feet tall this did not lead to a good night's sleep. In hindsight a double bed should have been booked.

A good location for surrounding area and although a bit more old fashioned it was quiet and confortable and a good place to relax more. Cooked breakfast was excellent. Carpets needed replacing and a bit dusty in places.

The location was good for my needs. The room was old fashioned. The head board was grubby. There was a prohibition on consuming one's own alcohol in the bedroom on pain of £10 corkage!

Good location, friendly staff and attentive staff. Shower was broken and when reported made no fuss and deducted £20 from bill. Very good experince The room was at the front of the house and near the road which was noisy - could do with double glazing
