Absolut genial war die sehr zentrale Lage. Zudem hat mir die unkomplizierte Art der anderen Gäste sowie des Personals gefallen. Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, aber im Nachhinein war das eigentlich auch so zu erwarten. |

There is little positive to write about the place apart from the fact that we got a fully deserved refund. The manager was sincere in his apologies but his staff leaves a great deal to be desired. The place needs an urgent re-evaluation regarding clenaliness. Thanks Lionel Dear Elisabeth, We arrived at the Hostel as booked on the 08th April after a long train journey from London and were booked in to our room. Upon entering our rooms we soon noticed that the bedding were not clean at all and although the room accommodates for a number of beds it was quite untidy. I feel that it is extremely unlikely that they have cleaners in there at all. |

1. Location: exactly on the royal mile. Easy to approach everywhere! 2. the plentiful information. 3. relatively clean kitchen. The shower n bathroom were clean but the shower was too small n wet floor. Noisy.....we woke up every morning with the cleaning car sound. N the bed was just fit to me, so for a tall guy it would be tiny. Also, always lock your room; the local robbery can visit inside. The hostel is toooooo easy to enter. |

Ubytovavajici personal-recepčni ,velmi přijemny a ochotny.S ostatnim personalem sem se nesetkal. Děkuji. Pokud by to šlo,doporucoval bych natřit okenní ramy-děla to špatnej dojem na hosta a nebo ramy aspon umyt-vtomto připadě ale už by chteli natrit-nečinilo by to až tak velke naklady na natěr oken.Jinak Ok. |

Отель расположен в самом центре города и совсем близко к железнодорожному вокзалу Менять белье всегда а не по просьбе гостя. Я понимаю, что большинство гостей приходят очень поздно и не видят грязное постельное белье (с чужими волосами), но не нужно этим пользоваться. Не понравился совместный душ. Лучше сделать раздельно, чтобы можно было нормально переодеться. |
