Optimal location. Kind and helpful staff. Poor and common showers for men and women (i'm, an man and it was still uncomfortable). Dirty toilets. Barely clean room. Poor room facilities and stuff (blankets, sheets). Dirty towels. The only thing good about this hostal is the location, the people, and the price. But I have been in other hostals that cheap and way much better. Avoid this place if possible. |

The location of this hostel is simply perfect and staff was incredibly helpful and kind. One of the receptionist took my 25kg suitcase to my second floor room without sweating and the other one saw me off with a warm smile and "good luck" words. They really soften my first days in Edinburgh. It is what it is. Free internet and some accessibility improvements could really help. |

There is little positive to write about the place apart from the fact that we got a fully deserved refund. The manager was sincere in his apologies but his staff leaves a great deal to be desired. The place needs an urgent re-evaluation regarding clenaliness. Thanks Lionel Dear Elisabeth, We arrived at the Hostel as booked on the 08th April after a long train journey from London and were booked in to our room. Upon entering our rooms we soon noticed that the bedding were not clean at all and although the room accommodates for a number of beds it was quite untidy. I feel that it is extremely unlikely that they have cleaners in there at all. |

No me ha gustado nada, jamás volvería a repetir en este lugar o en otro de similares características. Sí, pero son tantas las cosas que prefieron no extenderme, así que resumiré la falta de limpieza y de una consigna donde poder depositar cosas de cierto valor. |

Ich hatte einen Platz zum Schlafen, nicht mehr! Gut. dass es keine 3-4 stőckigen Betten gibt, denn nach oben wáre noch Platz gewesen. 5 Doppelstockbetten in einem winzigen Raum, absolute Katastrophe. Sicher muss das Hotel rentabel arbeiten, aber das kann nicht die Lösung sein!!!kKein Platz für die Dinge, die Reisende mit sich fúhren(Rucksaecke etc.) |

Ubytovavajici personal-recepčni ,velmi přijemny a ochotny.S ostatnim personalem sem se nesetkal. Děkuji. Pokud by to šlo,doporucoval bych natřit okenní ramy-děla to špatnej dojem na hosta a nebo ramy aspon umyt-vtomto připadě ale už by chteli natrit-nečinilo by to až tak velke naklady na natěr oken.Jinak Ok. |

Absolut genial war die sehr zentrale Lage. Zudem hat mir die unkomplizierte Art der anderen Gäste sowie des Personals gefallen. Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, aber im Nachhinein war das eigentlich auch so zu erwarten. |
