Best Western Bromley Court HotelBromley Hill, BR1 4JD Bromley (Show map) Good, Score from 185 reviews“I was made to feel at home in the hotel. Nice place. We were upgraded to an executive suite as it wasn't a busy night apparently which was very handy. Lovely beds, nice environment and very polite staff. I don't think this hotel is the most ideal hotel for young couples and the check out time could be a little later aswell as the breakfast hours.

I was returning to Park Langley for a reunion. It was very convenient and is still the best hotel in the area.I Remember going to functions such as 21st's in the 1950's and the same excellence still applies to your services. The staff were helpful when I got lost in the corridors.I Mainly had breakfasts with 1 main meal. The food could not have been tastier and friends who came for dinner were very impressed with their meal.

Situated in a nice setting - not on a main road. Lovely gardens. Helpful, friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. Nice light bathroom with big window. Room was slightly small, and only one chair. The bathroom had hair on the tiled shelves. Room was rather over priced for what it was.

The room was well maintained - The ac worked well and the bathroom was clean. Front desk staff very casual - No "welcome back" - I've stayed at this property on mumerous ocassions - Perhaps they should consider a "guest history" log? Paying guests of Bromley Court should be provided with a parking spot so as not to have to park somewhere down the road due to a wedding or party going on at the hotel.

We had a very comfortable room with all the necessities of modern life. Most satisfactory. We could find barely a fault with this hotel. Except to say "why is there no box for even the smallest complaint - which would enable management to rectify same" ?

Very clean room, decor very good. Staff friendly, good parking facilities. Our double bed was very lumpy on my side, so much so that I had to sleep on the single bed, also in our room.

The dinner in the garden restaurant was very good and the breakfast entirely adequate. The room was well appointed and the bed comfortable. The room was quiet thanks to the hotel's situation in a residential area. The car park in front of the hotel is large .

Friendly staff, meals, design of room, the grounds of the hotel. I have stayed in many Best Western Hotels over the years and this was not the biggest in room size and bathroom but pleasant. I had to pay upfront for my room and never before did I need to do so in America Canada and London , whilst other customers I watched pay later. This made me feel very uncomfortable, especially as I was paying by cash.
