Large room size. Good evening meal and breakfast.

Room 232 looked to need a little updating in the bathroom.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The price we paid was fantastic for the room and service, the whole hotel was clean and had a lot of things to do to keep us busy during our weekend stay, or the spa etc. Food was fantastic and very well priced. Wish I had to go to bromsgrove more so I could stay there!!

Had to ask at reception for more milk as not enough in the room to make 2 mugs of tea. No extractor fan in the bathroom, so it was a bit like a sauna after a shower.

Location was lovely. I'm have Coeliac disease and the staff were very knowledgable and helpful and provided Gluten Free bread which I am extremely grateful for. Spa facilities were clean and tidy and my children enjoyed the treatments.

There was a party on and the music was extremely loud. The hotel run out of butter!!

the room was not what I had booked double - not twin. Given a z bed - it collapsed when my grandson say on it Booked this hotel due to it having a pool - the pool was out of action

I booked an exec double room but was allocated a standard double, then was almost charged exec rate, this is not what I would expect.

Personnell was friendly and helpful, the hotel room was clean and well taken care of.

Breakfast was relatively limited in choice, free Wi-Fi only in the reception and restaurant area, quite a lot of noise from the motorway if window is open, very limited choice in TV channels

Clean rooms, plenty of parking and easy to find.

Breakfast not included in the price and was too expensive at £15 when I only wanted tea & toast. Its also too expensive for a full English! Restaurant not open as only a few guests staying so had to go into town to eat if you wanted to eat at a table.

Beautifully designed hotel with lovely spacious rooms. Excellent facilities including gym & pool. Dining area, walk ways, garden, and even the reception areas are really nice, felt like I was abroad!

Room did get a little warm at night even with turning heating off.

Room smelt of damp.

Air conditioning was sporadic I had little sleep due to the cold temp even when set at 24oC Restaurant was closed on a Saturday night Breakfast was £13.95!!! Did not partake because of this, nor did any of my friends. Te pool temp could have been warmer.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The staff members at the reception were so cold in attitude but you can forgive them after meeting the manager. When we arrived the manager marched past us as if we were not suitable to be there. No greetings or a welcome . In the room we had requested a bottle of champaign and chocolate but none was there except two tiny milk satchels . We asked for milk but they made sure we did not get the milk. In the end we drove into the town and had food ,bought milk. It was meant to be a romantic night to stay in but ended driving around in search of milk. I will not return there again.
