From start to finish the experience we had was superb! Wouldn't have been the same without the kind and friendly nature of hospitality offered by staff whom work there!

Convenient for trip back from Birmingham airport. Was under the impression that the room had a separate shower cubicle but in fact it was a shower over the bath. For an executive room I thought that was a bit poor and also the room wasn't very spacious for the price.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.The hotel decor was modern and it was extremely clean.The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. We were a little disappointed that the leisure complex shut at 8.0p.m. The pool was also extremely shallow and small.

Standard hotel. Clean and had all usual facilities. Impressive modern and clean reception. The room I stayed in was the smallest hotel room I've ever experienced. Had trouble walking around the bed due to size of the room. It was like a double bed had been put in a single room. Not impressed.

The breakfast and the staff Wasnt that special for 105 pounds per night wouldnt have liked to stay in a budget room,would have died if this was there best room,liked the hotel but the room wasnt value for money

The service and presentation of everything we experienced at the hotel was excellent! We didn't get a chance to use the spa facilities but they looked very clean and professional. The room was spotless, along with the bathroom. The scenery and surroundings were lovely to be in and look at. Very lovely stay. There are only two minor factors that we didn't enjoy so much about the hotel. One was the noise from the busy roads. Secondly was the food we ordered via room service, it really wasn't to our taste and was quite expensive too.

I wanted to stay near to my relatives, my husband and I decided on the Holiday Inn Birmingham Bromsgrove for the convenience of being near to my relatives. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay there again and would recommend it to others.

It was convenient to where I needed for business in a quiet location where I can wind down after a busy day. Good facilities with friendly staff. Cost of WiFi ... where I expected WiFi should be a free service.

Service, reasonable food, not too busy, friendly staff Lower floor rooms are smaller and less modern than level 3 rooms. As a frequent user I'd like to be assured of a more modern room each time I stay (3 night per week until Xmas)

Business-like, Quiet. Exactly as we expected except it was less expensive to book through Booking.com than direct with Holiday inn. Why was this? Why was it less expensive to book through Booking.com rather than direct with Holiday Inn?

Unusually for a hotel every member of staff was happy and helpful.........very nice change......well done to all of them. The bathrooms could use an upgrade now.....getting tatty looking (even black mould under the hand rail next to the bath in room 231),the bedroom areas were good......the bathrooms let it down.

Quiet, secure, served a purpose - on business First room I was given, their was dried blood on the duvet cover. When I called reception they came and moved me to another room. From room 308 to 310, very apologetic, but it was a bit of a pain! Room 310 was slightly differently configered. Felt a lot less room - too much furniture. Didn't really like the room - less than a metre between bottom of the bed and tv unit!!! Note - this is more than 4 questions!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Room service. The food is good :) I do not like the advertising of the double rooms! the beds are very small! the room is even smaller! the bathroom is not in the newest state. You can stay at a hotel in London for 70 pounds and it would look better. Not worth the money.

Good location for a country trip around Birmingham, the service is good, bed and pillow are comfortable. The spa is quite old and small, the rooms are too small also : we cannot move around the bed, the Wifi is very expensive.

“From the momment we arrived the staff could not do enough to make our stay that little more special. Although they were very busy with over 300 people having there xmas parties, the staff re opened the restaraunt just for us. They were all very busy but you would not no this by the excellent service we recieved. The manager served us in the restaraunt & the head chef found time not only to cook us a fantastic meal but came to see us to make sure we had enjoyed his food.
