Great position comfortable hotel, just what we needed. Excellent breakfast

We like the style of hotel and restaurant with lovely big windows and views. Also like there being a warm swimming pool and a nice bar and lounge area, everything close at hand within this spacious and very pleasing hotel.

Helpful staff. Most of the food was good especially starters and deserts at dinner in the restaurant.

Clean room but lacking in complimentary water, an essential at this level in these times. Took our lives in our hands and drank the bathroom water at 3 am. Steaks at dinner at 20-00 per portion were insulting. Gristly to a close to complaint level. Did not wish to spoil an otherwise delightful meeting. Breakfast was generally ok, slighly stale main grilled food and this at peak time, 8.30 a.m.

Very nice hotel with excellent facilities , Ideal location to Cadbury's world and more importantly for us within driving distance to Stratford upon Avon where we spent a day

The hotel was exactly what we needed. We were visiting Birmingham for my daughter's sporting event, and we didn't need anything too flashy or expensive. The hotel was far better than I anticipated; good quality all round.

The food and beer were too expensive - almost prohibitively so. We did not eat there because of the price.

Good location, friendly courteous staff. Very good atmosphere.

Standard hotel. Clean and had all usual facilities. Impressive modern and clean reception.

The room I stayed in was the smallest hotel room I've ever experienced. Had trouble walking around the bed due to size of the room. It was like a double bed had been put in a single room. Not impressed.

The service and presentation of everything we experienced at the hotel was excellent! We didn't get a chance to use the spa facilities but they looked very clean and professional. The room was spotless, along with the bathroom. The scenery and surroundings were lovely to be in and look at. Very lovely stay.

There are only two minor factors that we didn't enjoy so much about the hotel. One was the noise from the busy roads. Secondly was the food we ordered via room service, it really wasn't to our taste and was quite expensive too.

Service, reasonable food, not too busy, friendly staff

Lower floor rooms are smaller and less modern than level 3 rooms. As a frequent user I'd like to be assured of a more modern room each time I stay (3 night per week until Xmas)

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.The hotel decor was modern and it was extremely clean.The room was spacious and tastefully decorated.

We were a little disappointed that the leisure complex shut at 8.0p.m. The pool was also extremely shallow and small.
