Should have stayed more nights .
everything.beautiful location , very peaceful which is what we wanted . the apartment was ideal and very cosy. will be back for another stay .
Comfortable place to spend one night. Warm welcome from Polly on arrival, who was the only staff member we saw. Breakfast was fine....but Quiet location.
Extremely bumpy track from main road. Cannot do non 4x4s any good making repeated trips. Breakfast choice was disappointing. Continental or full breakfast. We chose full, and it was cooked and it just appeared. No options to choose. Just one pot of tea served and no top up offered. No hot water in bathroom's tiny handbasin and there are no facilities in our room for making our own tea or coffee. One has to visit the kitchen for that. No enquiry received regarding any problems whilst here.
Friendly and helpful welcome, relaxed environment, clean and comfortable accommodation, delicious breakfast.
Long drive with lots of potholes, don't need a 4x4 but do need to drive carefully.
Not the easiest place to find but very accommodating over an early check in as we were staying overnight to attend a nearby wedding. Spotlessly clean and comfortable room.
No choice over the cooked breakfast and my friend hates mushrooms, which arrived on his plate. Plenty of fruit, cereal choices however. Reasonable coffee.
Location, rooms, facilities, breakfast, staff - all excellent. Lovely country getaway but very close to anything you need.
Nothing really. Road leading to the property isn't the best but that can be expected on a countryside retreat. Just drive carefully and you'll be fine.
Room very nice, very nice people running it, flexible and make you feel welcome, breakfast was fab.
On arrival, the entrance area looked a little untidy but dont let that put you off.
Everything, the room and its facilities excelled our expectations and we will be returning to Broncoed Uchaf next year.
Peace and quiet, duvet, use of kitchen, helpfulness of Polly, breakfast.
Plumbing (quirky shower and having to stick fingers into top of loo to make it flush), the 'green' ceiling light at night.
Lovely stay lovely people and lovely house.
Breakfast - cooked to order at absolutely anytime of the day! Polly our hostess - very friendly and kind. Very clean and confortable rooms. Communal lounge with soft chairs and board games. Local pub with wonderful food and a warm welcome.
Slightly chilly in downstairs lounge. Kerb appeal low.
Room was comfortable.
Nice place and friendly people. Coutryside surroundings nice and quiet . We'll worth a stay here.
Friendly relaxed staff, warm welcome, excellent food, no problem with us being vegetarian, lovely location and very comfortable rooms, useful information about local pub for an evening meal, will use again if we are in the area
Room was a good size clean and tidy, bed very comfortable.
Tea and coffee not in room, room was not cleaned or bed made the nights we were there. Breakfast poor. Entrance to property very bad need a 4x4.
Location is a bit difficult to find
Comfy and surroundings were lovely
Said had internet, but there was not any in the cottage
Everything - pictures really do give a good impression of the place. I've booked holidays before when the pictures have looked great but on arrival the place really isn't all it was cracked up to be but not here. This place is a perfect little get away for couples who enjoy a laid back holiday, friendly locals, beautiful countryside and very comfortable accommodation.
No wifi at the apartments
good parking countryside location good sized room and bathroom friendly and helpful welcome
tea making facilities not in room a little expensive for room only accommodation.
The location is peaceful and attractive. Immediately upon arrival you cannot help but wind down. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Great for kids, whether its football in the large gardens and play area, or watching the chickens in the courtyard! Accomodation is large and very clean. Peaceful at night - meaning a great nights sleep. Breakfast is the best, really thick bacon, and the freshest, tasties eggs ever. We were on a bike touring trip, and none of the party wanted to leave! Definitely be going back for longer next time
Lovely hosts, they cant do enough for you
Polly's welcome plus her hard work to make you comfortable and to make you feel at home.
Only one thing. They have spent so much money on making the rooms really nice, yet in my bathroom, they kept the old electric shower. By modern standards it was poor.
There are no private tea making facilities in bedroom. You have to go downstairs into kitchen which is not ideal when you are in your sleeping attire. Also in the morning the cook is in the kitchen so you are in the way.
Comfortable, good location for my purposes, very friendly. If I go to this area again I would be happy to stay there.
So friendly and lovely accomodation
The plumbing suffers a little from its remoteness
