Everything was so handy and well organized for my stay, and the friendliness of he staff was outstanding. food was fresh and well prepared by chef Pete, who is a real gem of the hotel! perhaps a small fridge in the unit.

Nothing to fault if im honest, i stayed over the easter break, and the hotel was brilliant, with an awesome view, iknow its no manchester united but to be faced to something as cool that was beyond me!, we enjoyed it being so close to middlebrook retail, as we went and got pizza hut and watched 21 jump street in the cinema without having to worry about getting back late, overall me and my partner was really pleased about the stay we had! The only thing i think i could fault (and im just nit picking if im honest) was the fact you could hear everyone and everything when you was in your room and the out dated TV

It was clean and the carpets were in very good condition in the room. Mugs for tea and coffee were great and the biscuits a nice touch. The decoration in the Bistro was really appealing. The shower was very difficult to control and made showering something of a chore. The food was a great disappointment. The evening menu in the Bistro did not match the decor and breakfast in the morning was very average.

Clean and tidy with a spacious bedroom. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout the hotel, nothing was too much trouble. The shower, very slow running and disappointing. No hair-dryer in the room.
