friendly, helpful staff

rooms needed a bit of attention, cleaning wasnt up to scratch. wifi hard to access.

Nice friendly staff, clean and funtctional accommodation

Wifi did not reach the rooms, I had to sit in the corridor to work.

Reception was very friendly and helpful. Clean comfortable rooms.

Bar and breakfast area unwelcoming. Unhelpful about evening meal. I went elsewhere although I had planned to eat in. Breakfast was very salty.

In room 7 sound of water dripping continuously from the toilet . Tv not working but didnot contact them as I stayed for 1 night only

The steps on the landings which were very difficult to see. My sister in law fell very awkwardly hurting her elbow and hand.

Friendly and helpfull staff, ample parking, well located off m6/m65 motorways.

The room could have been cleaner, the bathroom sink was cracked, toilet roll holder missing and door handle loose. It was also quite noisy as sound insulation seemed poor - I could hear conversations in the bar/lounge downstairs.

This hotel absolutely ticked the boxes for price at £35 and the location suited what I needed closely enough. Good value at the price but would not pay the full rack.

We had a large comfortable room looking over the main road. The room overlooked the car park and was far enough away from the main road for the traffic noise not to be a problem. We asked about the evening meal and the man on reception told us that he was going to the supermarket to buy the ingedients for the evening meal and could cook for whatever we wanted. We asked for jacket potatoe with prawns. For dessert he offered us an orange and chocolate trifle. Both were very good. The cooked breakfast in the morning was also excellent.

When we arrived we were shown a small dark room at the back of the hotel. When I explained that my wife is claustraphobic we were shown to the large room at the front. I was not impressed with the original room.

We realy enjoyed our two day stay at brook hotel, the staff were freindly and extremly helpful. The room was very comfortable, we had a good nights sleep.

can't think of anything against we hope to visit again.

Comfortable enough but fraying at the edges

Very warm welcome. I didn't see much of the hotel as I checked in at midnight and left at 8am. The room was warm and comfortable with a tv with a good selection of channels. Very close to M6 so good location if you need somewhere to split up a journey.

Dated Decor, headboard of bed had a sticky stain on it (bad cleaning ) tv was very poor, Poor dated bathroom with mildew and mould showing, breakfast was a joke (microwaved sausages and bacon from yesterday,microwaved beans and tomatoes, but the egg was fresh as well as the toast). Its a shame because the dining area and bar area were first class and the other aspects let this down

They accommodation was adequate for the price and the food reasonably priced if unadventurous. They staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful.
