This delightful farmhouse rests in quiet farmland close to the motorway network, an ideal location for Hams Hall, the NEC and famous Belfry golf course.

Sound insulation between room 20 and adjoining rooms was non existent
Bedroom and facilities
Our room was very nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Public areas were 'tired' looking, carpets were worn and threadbare in places. Corridors used as storage areas for clean linen, spare chairs etc. Evening meal menu was limited and not very inspiring. The feeling was that the whole place was geared to weddings, everyone/thing else was felt to be of secondary importance.
Very tired furnishings.
The setting is very nice and peaceful. The hotel itself is also nice and quaint, especially the court yard which is very pretty. The walk along the canal adjacent to the hotel is lovely. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a nice old pub up the road.
You'd need a car if you want to go anywhere. Breakfast was a bit expensive.
Clean room good decorative order. Bed linen all clean and tidy.
Noisy fan in toilet. Wobbly toilet seat.
It was all okay
Didn't quite match up to the photos, was disappointed in the bedroom to be honest for £94, might be out of touch!
The premises, grounds and position of this hotel was lovely.
There was a member of staff on the bar in the evening, he was around 50 years old. A customer was quick to argue with him over the price of a drink and the staff member was very argumentative and rude towards the customer. It was cringe worthy for us who weren't part of the wedding reception and it was as though the staff member was goading the customer so that he could remove him from the premises. Another member of the wedding party managed to cool the situation down, but it was actually the staff member who was out of order. It was quite inappropriate, but what made it worse was the fact that there was a wake in the room next door.
Dinner had to wait over an hour when only 4 people in dinning room and cold chips when delivered. Cold breakfast on the first morning, ok after that.
Very nice hotel
Very friendly staff. We travelled with two dogs; we couldn't have breakfast in the restaurant but they came with an excellent solution; breakfast in the library. It was nice and cosy, we felt welcome.
No room to store all your toileteries in the bathroom. Not enough wardrobes, if you are for a long stay.
Nice atmosphere and very nice staff.
Difficult to find and nothing in immediate vicinity.
Not much, the staff was friendly and helpful but you get what you pay for, as it was only £54 per night one can't grumble
The restaurant, shabby decor, shabby carpets, the bathroom
Breakfast was terrible, the worst English breakfast I have ever had.
small room, very small shower, low water pressure on shower, very slow in restaurant
A lovely setting and well presented hotel. Food was very good and there is a nice friendly atmosphere. Good nights sleep on comfy bed with no outside noise to disturb.
Stacks of (clean) laundry and the cleaners leaving their storage room open does not look nice. Meals served on slates is both impractical and unpleasant (IMHO)
Quiet room on the inner yard. Ample supply of tea and coffee in the room. Nice setting along an old inland waterway with traditional narrow boats. Close to the Kingsbury lakes with lots of waterfowl.
Reception was okay. Beautiful surroundings the grounds are nicely kept. Rooms are big, breakfast is good. With a bit of money this place could have so much potential.
Noise from motorway. (can't be helped) Not enough staff available. Room smelled musty, decor outdated. Got married here a few years ago and remember the guests having a battle trying to get a drink at the bar - NOT good at wedding.
The food at dinner was very good. Freshly cooked and innovative.
Great wedding facilities lovely staff very cosy place to stay out of the hustle and bustle
Smell of damp Tiny room Uncomfortable bed Too expensive considering the above
Buildings old full of character
Breakfast on Sunday not ready for 8 as stated waited until 8.25 hot food not available they tried to put a wedding and Christmas party night on at the same time beer ran out drinks over priced not enough room too many people in a small area food not very good very disappointed would not recommend it
Everything !!!! Loved it there was nothing out of place will be staying there again soon !!
Surrounding area was nice Staff were pleasant
Overcharged for breakfast Shower and water pressure in room was very poor Felt room was very expensive for what was on offer Breakfast took a long time to prepare, we were waiting over 30 minutes.
The staff were excellent. A wonderful venue for a wedding If your planning your wedding ; Brook Marston hotel is ideal. Take a look
