Nice building and lovely grounds We went away as a treat for my sons third birthday and felt very let down by the overall service at this hotel. The so called family room comprised of twin beds for the adults and a camp bed for my son, which was so old the mattress was touching the floor, any adult attempting to sleep on this bed would have broken it. |

Brilliant stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice tasty food, with a good selection of wine. We really liked the restaurant area, where we happily spent a few hours. We went into Birmingham on one night and the hotel is a great alternative, as its peaceful yet easily accessible and half the price! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. |

The hotel was in serious need of refurbishment. The food was poor and overpriced. There was an expensive internet service _ most hotels I have stayed in recently provide it free. There was limited TV services. The whole experience was very poor. |
