Clean, quiet and cheap

Asked reception to book a taxi - advised it would only be £6 but was £10

It is really close to BMW Hams Hall, is has a good atmosphere and one can enjoy the evening beer until late hours and relax.

Staff were very friendly.

Wasn't asked about my stay which didnt give me any opportunity to raise a question about the bill. I thought I had booked a set dinner on line at the rate of £20.00 but was charged additional amount which meant my bill came to over £100 and not the £85.00 I expected.

The comfort, the hospitality, friendly and kind staff, clean environment.

Staff were extremely helpful and we felt very comfortable and welcomed despite hotel having two large functions on at the same time.

Close to M42 for routes everywhere. Pleasant location next to canal.

Nearby M42 very noisy when outside the hotel but noise muffled when in the hotel.

All staff were good at their various jobs, polite and very helpful. They certainly were the gems of the hotel.

All of the facilities could do with refurbishment and all of the rooms we used need draught proofing as they were very cold.

The hotel was in a lovely setting and the rooms and grounds were very nice.

The food we had at the wedding wasn't very nice. I didn't book breakfast when I booked the hotel and on my booking confirmation the offer of breakfast was £6.50. We were charged £9.50 each and when I queried it I was told that the price quoted was out of date and the proper price should have been £13.50. The breakfast wasn't nice, and even at £9.50 it was overpriced, never mind at £13.50.

The location was lovely and very scenic. The deco fitted the farm like style of an idyllic countryside hotel.

The restaurant was overpriced and offered very little choice. If the restaurant was more down to earth and had the option of home cooked traditional food I feel this would be a lovely place to eat. We did not stay for food so I cannot comment on the quality but the lack of choice and price put us off, therefore we went into town for something a little cheaper with more choice.

the whole experience was delightfull, a perfect romantic break/wedding venue

It was warm and friendly.

We have stayed here before but this time we were in the annexe and the room was better. A large room with very comfortable chairs and all very clean and tidy. Good dinner and breakfast. Excellent parking.Near the canal .Great for a walk along the tow path to the nearby pub for a canal side drink. Very quiet considering the proximity to the motorway.

Could do with better pillows on the beds and the bed was quite hard. We were lucky as there was no wedding on at the hotel. When there is it is a bit noisy from the disco which can go on till late.

Friendly greeting and very helpful front desk staff. Place was clean and room well presented with comfortable bed.

Room 20 - good room

Smoking outside our bedroom window meant could not open it at night. Welcome on arrival at 1.35pm April 17th was" room not ready until 2pm" It would have been nice to have a " hi how are you did you have good journey and lets see if your room is ready." When we pushed the room was ready and we were happy but a bit of a downer to start with. Lea Marston Hotel definately win on staff attitude and training. They were full.

Reception desk staff could be a bit curt and unhelpful Despite claiming to be wheelchair friendly my aunt in a wheelchair was made to feel nuisance and struggled to cope with access.

We had a very nice stay the staff where very helpful the bed was comfortable the room comfortable the breakfast was excellent we ordered a taxi from the hotel which the driver did not know how to get to the place we wanted to go ant took 20 mins to do a 5min journey also they where half an hour late picking us up wich was no fault of the hotel
