Brookhill Serviced Apartments  

It had everything we needed for a night with friends. A comfortable living room area, and kitchen equipped with all our needs. Bathroom and bedrooms clean and comfortable.

Good location easy to find

Entrance door to the apartment should be a fire door, however I noted that there were no fire or smoke seals in the door. To me this is a major concern in the event of am emergency.

The were very central and close to many amenities. They were fully servced and spacious and exactly what we were looking for. I couldn't fault them in any way.

Stayed here for a girly weekend away. Facilities were brilliant. Like home from home. Met one of the owners who was welcoming and helpful. Advised us on where to go etc. As we had never been to Belfast before. Short cab ride into town and there is plenty nearby too. Would highly recommend these apartments and would definately stay here again.

Great location. We stayed in a one bed which suited our needs. We have a two year old and a hotel room offers no flexibility after bedtime. Brookhill offered us all that we needed. Great location, just two minutes off the motorway. Gerard was a pleasure to deal with and helped with everything we needed. Great kitchen facilities incl. dishwasher! No extra charge for electricity or heating. Big comfy double bed. Really like the layout of these apartments as bedroom is on one side and kitchen, living area on the other. Ideal when you have small children. Great lcd tv for with digital channels for both adults and kids. We will be back!

Just a couple of small things. The sofa bed in our apartment sunk in the middle so not that comfy and the living area had a velux with no blind which meant we were awake very early!

Freedom of an apartment, very handy to city centre. Has pretty much everything you need for a short or lengthy stay. Much more value for money than a hotel.

The apartments hadn't been cleaned properly before our arrival tho that was ok it was still nice. The only down side was that it was meant to be an apartment sleeping 6 but we couldn't get the sofa bed out at night so 2 people had to sit on desperate sofas and there was only one quilt which wasn't good and the fire alarm was set off at 730 in the morning tho we would go back again but with just girls so we can all just pile into the beds upstairs

Friendly staff on arrival the apartment was spotless and very warm. We were close to the town and plenty of shops near the apartment. Good parking.

Arriving at the apartments was made more personal as the owner met and greeted us on arrival and showed us how everything worked. We were pleased to have a bedroom for the 5year old which enabled us to sit in the lounge in the evening. The kitchen and split level lounge layout was excellent and attractive. We would definitely recommend the apartments and will book again if we are visiting Belfast.

the nigtht in which we had stayed there was alot of noise coming from one of the other apartment, eg shouting, singing and running up and down the stairs very loudly, it put a dampner on the weekend

We booked an apartment for 3 people however when we arrived it only slept 2 people lucky for us the other person droped out!
