Brookhill Serviced Apartments  

Brookhill apartments is located right in the city and is close to a grocery store. The apartment was nicely decorated, the kitchen was modern and the manager was very helpful.

I didn't like to fact that the apartment seemed to be in the midst of renovations. The extra beds (cots) that were provided for the room were broken. Some light switches didn't seem to work.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and they made us feel very welcome. The apartments themselves were very luxurious, great toilet and shower facilities and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend these apartments!

The facilities are excellent and I felt very comfortable staying there. And the price is very reasonable.

Arriving at the apartments was made more personal as the owner met and greeted us on arrival and showed us how everything worked. We were pleased to have a bedroom for the 5year old which enabled us to sit in the lounge in the evening. The kitchen and split level lounge layout was excellent and attractive. We would definitely recommend the apartments and will book again if we are visiting Belfast.

The apartment was very clean, modern and in a very good location. The people who i dealt with were very friendly and fast to repond to any queries prior to my stay. Would recommend to others.

We booked an apartment for 3 people however when we arrived it only slept 2 people lucky for us the other person droped out!

Good facilities and helpfulness of staff.

No complaints. There was a problem with plumbing which was resolved quickly and efficiently.

The people that own and run these apartments can not be faulted at all, anything we needed throughout our stay they were a phonecall away and cudnt have been anymore helpfull. We needed an extra bed/bedding and towels and none of this was a problem or extra money. The apartment block is decorated to a very modern and high standard and the apartments have everything you could need to stay comfortably short or long term. Can't praise this place enough, we will definately be goin back and staying here. Taxi into city centre costs roughly £4/£5 but there is aTesco n co-op at the end ofthe road to get any food/drink supplies.

We really liked the location and the general layout and spaciousness of the apartment.

We were very disappointed with certain levels of uncleanliness. Very grubby walls, esp one side of the bedroom (including blood stains). Dried old piece of choc cake amongst crockery in cupboard. Dirt & filth beneath doors of fridge and freezer. Filthy dust in cupboard containing safe. We feel that Brookhill might do well to have a word with their cleaner/S. We have a b&b here and understand some people are careless and grubby, however, cleaners need to be absolutely thorough and grubby walls should be scrubbed clean or given a quick lick of paint. It is off- putting to stay somewhere (especially advertised as 'luxury') which still shows stains, dirt and food from previous tenants. Total cleanliness and hygiene is paramount.

Space, quietness and close to activities.

The owner texted me about the code and everything. The flat is really nice. Value Taxi is cheap and very reliable. North Island people are very friendly!
