Homely and freindly owners. The hotel was close to where we needed to be. Come and go as we pleased. No real problems, car parking a bit tight, when full. Thats all realy. The main thing, we would stay here again. That says it all.

Room was well furnished and comfortable with everything I needed, I only saw Steve twice as my visit was business, but he was welcoming and helpfull. I prefer a bath to a shower, but managed well enough.

Steve and Angela were great host and made us very welcome. The room was spacious with good facilities. Location was excellent with Metro station a 2 minute walk away great for visiting Old Trafford football ground/ Manchester city Centre .Three local pubs ( 2 severing food close by) and plenty more restaurants 10 minute walk into Sale. Fabulous retreat for a city break/ or football match weekend.

The owners couldn't do more for me, recommending a place to eat and the local pubs. The room whilst small had everything you needed, even breakfast all self contained in the room with fruit, yoghurt, cereals and a fridge for milk and orange. Tea coffee, sweets lots of nice touches for what I was expecting as a quick cheap b&b overnight stop. Perfect for a short break prior to catching an early plane at Manchester airport. I will stay again.

It was very comfortable and homely. The owners were very nice and helpful. I was in the single bedroom but it was roomy and I didn't feel at all closed in. The bathroom and toilet were separate but just for my use. There is a small fridge in the room which is very handy and the breakfast cereals are ready for you have eat in your room. The owner forgot to top up my tea bags and milk, but when I asked, he brought them straight away.

The owners were on holiday but the couple looking after the b & b Hotel for them could not have been more helpful. The rooms and shower/bathroom facilities were spotlessly clean. Breakfast included in the price is a self service affair in you room with everything that you require for a cereal/fruit /yogurt type breakfast with tea/coffee. If however you fancy a cooked breakfast - just choose from their menu and tell the staff the evening before what you want and what time you plan to eat. Nothing is too much trouble for the helpful staff. Takeaways in the evening are allowed - Just bring your takeaway to the breakfast/dining area and the hotel will provide you with crockery and cutlery - How good is that. We only stayed one night but will definitely return should we be in the area again. Superb all round service - a gem .

I love its location. It is very easy to see a football match at Old Trafford by metrolink and lots of parking space. The owner is very nice. The heater is not heat enough when temperature drop to 0-3 decree celcious. Its free continental breakfast is so so.
