Clean and well maintained guest house, with polite pleasant staff who did everything to make our stay a good one. The breakfast was great with a wide menu with something to suit everyone. Would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone.
Previous trip not impressed however change of ownership and refurbishment excellent. Would happily stay again and recommend to friends
Nothing negative worth mentioning
it was very clean and the staff were lovely very close to town and the bic where went to see a show, the breakfast was great!
the only thing i can think of was we could hear the traffic but not really loud
The heating was not working night time and I froze. When I ask for heating the responce was everywere is the same.
enjoyed our stay very convenient for shops.didn't realize you could take a dog would definitely take my dog next time
no negative comments
Very comfy bed Extremely friendly staff Great value for money especially for 3 students who wanted a night out Powerful shower
Friendly staff ,excellent food and menu choice
very small shower enclosure with no shelving for toiletries
Reasonable room, clean and Tidy, if a little small. Good Breakfast
Very hospitapal and nice place to stay near town centre
Breakfast was yummy
No hairdryer in room. Shower room a bit tight to manuvre in.
Friendly, clean, excellent breakfast.
The guest next door had her T.V on all night. Finally turned it down at 5am after my request but could still hear it. The walls are a bit thin.
Very helpful & friendly staff nothing was too much trouble for them. Fabulous breakfast plenty of choice and freshly cooked to order. Location of hotel only short distance from seafront and town with parking on site. This is a real value for money hotel and I would definately use again.
The hotel was conveniently placed only a few minutes walk to the BIC and a short walk into town. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast room very nice.
The hotel is up a fairly steep hill which wasn't mentioned. The room was tiny but adequate. There were no bedside tables because the door to the en-suite was between the beds! The room was right next to the dining room entrance with lots of traffic going in and out. Insulation between rooms is non-existent. You could hear everything going on above you (someone's alarm going off again and again, people walking up and down, noise of shower, hairdryer etc. Also people chatting in the room next door, and lots of people standing outside the breakfast room door chatting in the early hours of the morning. Don't expect a lie in after 7am!
Friendly staff, very helpful and advice on local area. An excellent full English breakfast in the morning.
There were no issues apart from a small car park, but the staff were helpful and tried to accomodate all the guests
Room 9! Room was too small for 3 single beds and for the guest to move around the room. The bathroom door was off it hinges. The shower head did not fit into the attachment. The shower doors didn't shut and shower tray overflowed, due to poor drainage. The sink seemed blocked because the water didn't drain straight out.
The owner have been very friendly and warm. We have been good attended. The breakfast was very yummi :-). Thanks a lot
Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even down to taking one of our party's breakfast order the night before and having it ready for her to have in her room as she had a very early start.
Staff friendly and helpful, good breakfast. Really great location.
Excrement on toilet, Deep layer of dust and dirt around edges of carpet in bedroom. Tea stains in cups, Broken chair in bedroom, Window not closing properly. Would have preferred to spend more at a premier inn.
Good facility's, very nice breakfast and friendly atmosphere.
Loud family running and shouting down the corridor at night did spoil the sleep however
Location was amazing for our visit to the BIC. The lady on reception was extremely welcoming & friendly, who couldn't be more helpful. Allowed us to use the free parking at the hotel both before our check in time & after our check out time so we could make the most of our weekend visit. £5 to use the Marriott Hotel pool (hot tub, steam room & sauna) facilities was very good value. Room was small, but clean, tidy, cosy and all we needed for our stay. Breakfast was good, although took 30 minutes to be brought out (luckily we weren't in a rush) so obviously cooked to order. Good value for money compared to other hotels / B&B's within the area. Would definitely stay again if visiting the BIC.
Very lovely friendly staff, kind and helpful. Nice place to stay and great value for money :)
We had a very pleasant stay. For the brief time we were there the staff where excellent and where made very welcome. We would defiantly go back again - Thanks.
The staff were warm and friendly. I took 3 well behaved dogs with me and the staff loved them and we're happy to have them. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable.
No problems at all.
Excellent breakfast Friendly staff Perfect location for the BIC Free on site parking
Friendly welcome. Clean, simple room. Plenty of parking and very close to the beach, shops & BIC. Superb value for money.
