Friendly, comfortable facilities. Disappointed to find that continental breakfast was not was described on the menu. Didn't want full english, don't like yoghurt no croissants!! So toast and grapefruit. very expensive for the price £7.50 |

Our room was rather dark could have done with a lighter decor, the bar could have done with better stock and a bar person who new a bit about drinks |

I liked the bedroom and bathroom, lovley thick towels warm from the radiator. It was quiet, staff were helpful. the bar was nice and relaxing. Dinning area could spruced up. Carpet needed to be vacuumed badly |

Lovely, quiet hotel, great location with public transport on it's door step. We will certainly stay there when passing through Coventry again. Had a drink in the bar and it was dreadful! Only drank half of it and left the rest. |

We visited the hotel previously but thought it would be too expensive for us however the reduced price was affordable and its location excelent for us The front is looking a bit run down and some of the decoration has been done poorly |

room furnishings, cleanliness of surroundings, upkeep of hotel and helpfull attitides of staff Because there had been a function on the night of our booking I was informed by a staff member the following morning at breakfast that the kitchen were too busy to provide the salmon and scrambled egg option on the breakfast menu, as I do not eat an english breakfast I was disappointed by this response |

Friendly staff, very helpful. Evening meal excellent A wider range available for continental breakfast would be nice. A more prominent notice that the smoothies were an additional price would be very advisable, I didn't see it at all. They were however, delicious. |
