Lovely people who made you feel very welcome. Breakfast was superb and the owners are very attentive and happy to sit and chat over a coffee. We felt more like we had stayed with friends than were paying guests at a b&B. We especially enjoyed the hot tub in complete privacy for as long as we wanted and the excellent facilities in the suite which was very cosy after a full day out exploring the beautiful cotswolds. Location was perfect for us as we were visiting our daughter at University in Birmingham but combined it with a wonderful romantic weekend away which we will definitely be repeating. A b&b which featured a spacious twin room with all the comforts you require, we'll equipped bathroom across the corridor. The proprietor was extremely helpful during my stay and friendly at all times. My stay was really an overnighter so didn't get a chance to experience the garden or socialise. It is a b&b so unless you bring it with you, there is a need to travel to dine. However the river Avon and ancient pubs, the 13th Century Thatched Inn and National Trust's Fleece Inn are all within 4 miles or so.

Chris and Ted are extremely friendly and helpful and treat you as one of the family. We stayed in the suite which offers an extra sitting room together which mini ktchen - great value for money.

Friendly,clean,spacious and excellent breakfast. Parking wasnt as private or as spacious as I expected. Not the fault of the owners but the mobile signal is very poor. Could be compensated by a good wifi connection.

Our hosts, Christine and Ted, made us most welcome. Brookleys offers traditional English b&b at its very best. We could not fault anything. The beds were comfortable, the room was very well-equipped -- there was even a microwave in ours - and the parking was secure behind electronic gates. Finally, the breakfast was perfect. A comprehensive choice was offered and cooked to order using all local fresh produce. Wonderful. If you are visiting Stratford-upon-Avon, it is only some 8 miles away, which is ideal. Top marks all round.

The owners were not there the evening when we arrived but asked friends to welcome us, which I found very nice !! The "suite" is very good and the breakfast is excellent.. The morning we met the owners who are very kind and helpful..

Very friendly but also private. Separate entrance to Accommodation. Secure parking. Excellent Breakfasts. Need a car to visit local pubs / restaurants. (The food at local pubs / restaurants was excellent).

Uiterst vriendelijke ontvangst. Men wordt in de keuken van de boerderij-woning ontvangen en niets is te veel. Wij hadden eigenlijk een hotel vewacht, maar het betreft hier een eenvoudige B&B. Voor dezelfde prijs krijgt men in Engeland aanzienlijk mooiere B&B 's

We were welcomed by Christine with a lovely cup of tea. We had the Roses suite which has a sitting room with kitchenette as well as the bedroom and bathroom. The suite was well equipped - even had an iron and ironing board - and Christine had put fresh milk in the fridge. Excellent breakfast.

We came as a small party, and the 2 rooms we were using each had there own sitting room which was very nice. We were able to spread ourselves out, and not get under each others feet, as you do normally when you only have a bedroom. Food was excellent, and plenty of it. Lovely gardens.
