Very friendly owners who gave us a lift to the wedding reception we are going to. Couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent breakfast aswell.
all of it
A lovely setting with comfortable rooms, good home cooking. Christine & Ted make you very welcome. Tea & scones on our arrival, lovely.
Phone signal not good.
The welcome and friendliness The breakfast The kitchenette and facilities The location which was ideal for us The wi-fi Private entrance Secure parking
The whole facilities including the lovely attractive garden made for a relaxing place to use as a base. Staff were so friendly and accommodating and the food was very good.
Maybe the separate bathroom and a not very powerful shower but being a farmhouse it's to be expected.
Friendly staff/owners Good Location
Cheap décor - needs updating Expensive for what it is
bath and large towels
Pleasant room, cup of coffee and biscuits on arrival, excellent breakfast.
It is a mile and half from Bidford itself and my room did not have en suite (both things I had failed to spot when booking). I walked a mile to the nearest pub which was fine, and I did have a private bathroom so neither was a particular problem.
very friendly and helpful. It was like staying in a home fron home.
Fresh milk in frig. Communal eating
Very friendly owners (and their dog). Amazing breakfasts. Good pubs (Fleece and Cottage of Content) within a few miles.
very clean, comfortable. Staff very friendly, good breakfast.
Could not be faulted in any way.

What a gem, the true meaning of hospitality. Brook Leys really enhanced my stay in the area. Highly recommended.

Owner attitude, easy to fing, large car park
Shower-very old fashion, bed not comfy, breakfast not I class, poor access Wu-Fi price which not match standard
Everything; quite superb in all respects
Nothing to dislike
Separate quarters with own bathroom and sitting area. Very friendly owners and very helpful. Great breakfasts and generally it was a fantastic stay.
Nothing all good.
Very pleasant atmosphere, we had a great time.
Welcome. Friendliness. Quiet. Cleanliness. Excellent breakfast.
Warm welcome, lots of space in suite of rooms. Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Good car parking. Easy access to many interesting places we wanted to visit with scenic drives. Easy access to lots of restaurants/pubs etc.
We loved everything, the only improvement for us would have been firmer beds, However, we realise this is a personal preference and it must be difficult to get this right for everyone. For the two nights we stayed our backs were fine, but any longer may have been a problem.
