I had a wonderful stay at Brook Lodge with my son and one of his friend. Everything was excellent. The facilities, the services and the cleanliness, made us feel very confortable. I must say thank you for everything!

After our days travelling we were warmly welcomed in from the pouring rain by the proprietor, The efficient and easy to use shower was also most welcome.Our individually cooked breakfasts were super Perhaps a larger and softer bed would make the room even more comfortable

From the moment we got there we were greated with a warm and friendly greeting and our bags were carried to our room. Room was very comfortable and spacious with tv and tea and coffee making. Breakfast was very flexible,they would do you what you wanted as my wife is vegitarian and our 3 yr old just wanted bacon and sausage nothing was too much trouble. Brrok lodge is well worth a vist.

It was very easy to find from the station and on the bus route. The room was an ensuite double, very clean with all the linen and complimntary drinks. The owners were very friendly and provided a tailored and varied breakfast.

The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed. Our room was clean and very comfortable and everything was provided for our overnight stay. The breakfast was superb. Everything was cooked fresh, there was a good choice and we weren't rushed. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners.

The owner and his wife were very friendly and courteous. They were very helpful providing us with information on what to do and where to go in the local area. They even provided champagne flutes on a tray to toast in the New Year! Breakfast was excellent. Room was rather basic, without a bath, but clean and comfortable.

Good location to Stratford town centre, shops and facilities. Good location of main road. Rooms a bit cramped but comfy beds, clean facilties all amenities supplied. Owners friendly and Giovanni very chatty!! Decor dated in public areas.

Good value for money, great staff who were knowledgable, friendly and accomodating. My dughter had special dietary requirements and the staff went out of thier way to accomodate this.

The triple room was spacious, spotless and attractive. Breakfast was exactly as stated a hot english breakfast, it was efficient with great service. Loved the heated towel rack in the bathroom.

Very friendly atmosphere. We were upgraded to a family suite which was lovely, very comfortable and clean with great facilities. Owners took the time to chat to their guests without being too intrusive. The walk into town might have been a little further than the 15 minutes we were expecting.

It was beautifully clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nicely presented and we had everything we could have wished for. The room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. Excellent price and excellent facility. I would stay there again. Thank you The bed was a little too hard but that is a personal view and may suit other people more.

“We really enjoyed the Arden Park Guest House. It was walkin distance to the train station and the center of town.
