I had a wonderful stay at Brook Lodge with my son and one of his friend. Everything was excellent. The facilities, the services and the cleanliness, made us feel very confortable. I must say thank you for everything!

Decent breakfast which was cooked to order, together with a plentiful supply of toast and tea. The decor/paintwork is tired and dated. They need to pay more attention to detail - we had to point out that there was insufficient batteries in the tv remote control, therefore it didn't work! We also had to mention the fact that we didn't have enough towels for our last night - 2 towels, 3 people! They left biscuits on the tea tray, again 2 biscuits, 3 people! These are all matters that should be checked daily. We also didn't like the fact that Giovanni prowls the dining room while you are eating, removing your glass, cereal bowl, etc., as soon as you have finished with them - he swoops on them as soon as you put them down!

The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The family suite was perfect for our needs, and it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent: cereal or yoghurt or fruit, toast and a full English! Could not have been happier with our brief stay.

Clean comfortable room. Good breakfast, Friendly & helpful staff. Plenty of parking space. The only downside is that it was about a mile from the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon. This wasn't a problem for us as we enjoy a walk, but others may prefer to be closer.

Very cozy, homely, clean and well-managed bed & breakfast facility. Giovanni and Barbara were very hospitable,knowledgeable and helpful in making our 3-day visit to Stratford more enjoyable, memorable and worthwhile. Their full English breakfast was superb with a wide variety of choices fro cereal, fruits, juices, beverages, bacon, sausages and breads -> a good way to start the day with a hearty meal!. Booked 2 triple- rooms which were well furnished, very clean and with generous complimentary beverages (coffee, teas, choco and even cookies to match - was also pleasantly surprised w/ a platter of Cadbury chocolate eggs for Easter. This lovely couple are very passionate and truly enjoy managing their hotel as we experienced in their personalized hands-on excellent service. May the Lord God Almighty continue to bless this couple and their hotel so they can be a blessing to more people in the future!

The owners were lovelly with us. The place is fully refurnish and really really clean. Los dueños son encantadores y se portaron genial con nosostros. Está completamente renovado y realmente limpio. The only thing it would be the mile you have to walk to the city centre, as its in dront of Ann Hataway cottage. La única cosas "mala" es que esta a una milla del pueblo (1.5Km), enfrente the Ann Hataway cottage.

We wanted good value, but nice, accommodation for a theatre trip: Brook lodge surpassed expectations! Our triple room was spacious, bright and spotless and breakfast was great. A little way out of town, but taxi only about £5. Would definitely recommend.

it was very clean, the staff were very friendly, breakfast was lovely. and in was close to all amenites of the town via a short walk and where we wanted to go.it also had a warm welcoming feeling and booking in and out were very good. nothing as all was good you can not fault it

The owner and his wife were very friendly and courteous. They were very helpful providing us with information on what to do and where to go in the local area. They even provided champagne flutes on a tray to toast in the New Year! Breakfast was excellent. Room was rather basic, without a bath, but clean and comfortable.
