Creaky floors above our room but it is old innit!.

Staff were vere pleasant and helpful.
Too hot at times.
Dinner was amazing.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, it was clean and the bed was really comfy. It's not too far from Stirling so there is plenty to do will hopefully stay there again.
Staff welcoming. Food excellent. Enjoyed my stay.
Same staff were checking in guests and manning the bar leaving guests waiting for drinks.
Location was great, peaceful getaway. Will go back in the summer as good area for walks and fishing.
Restricted choice from dinner menu.
We stayed here because we were attending a family funeral locally - the staff were exceptionally supportive - even lending us an umbrella!
We would have liked an optional eating option as well as the restaurant - perhaps bar snacks?
Friendly welcome and the whole stay and lovely room and food.
We have stayed here about 8 tims now when we are in the area twice a year. Scott one of the staff members is lovely and always remembers us. We li e this hotel as tge rooms are never too hot ansd if it is you can ajust heating something not alot of hotels let u do. You always get a nice sleep as the beds are so comfy. Breakfast is soo good and i always pick the things i want even get me extra of my favs to compwnsate for the stuff i dont have :) Overall a really good place to stay we will be back and we recomend to friends.
Staff, Hotel ambience, Location, Food, Room. That just about covers everything.
Make sure you use the key to operate the Lift. It can be somewhat confusing.
The actual Castle is a beautiful place, set at the bottom of a wonderful mountain range. The staff could not do enough for you, loved this, made us feel very special. The food at Broomhall is at a high end and set at good rates. Brilliant location to visit numerous spots in Scotland
Due to the thickness of the walls WIFI was not available in the rooms.
very beautiful place to stay, tasty breakfast and very friendly guy Scott at the reception(in the restaurant as well) Absolute pleasure :)
Wi-fi did not work in our room at all
Great staff, beautiful room, and excellent food. What more could you ask for?
The staff at Broomhall couldn't do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. My wife is coeliac and after speaking to Gavin (staff member) we managed to come up with a menu to suit our needs. All staff very friendly and make you feel welcome at all times. Will definitely go back some day.
Walls are too thin meaning that we could hear the noise from the extractor fan from the bathroom in the adjoining room.
Very friendly staff.
Wasn't the menu we had e-mailed to us. Only mirror was in bathroom. Had to use camera setting on iPad so I could see to dry hair. Lots of scuff marks on 2 of the walls.
The hotel was lovely, the bed comfortable & the room nice & warm! My only regret was that I did not have my evening meal here, as I had made other plans, but the menu looked excellent
What a gorgeous place to stay: Comfy bed, very warm room, fantastically priced. The castle novelty was wonderful and the bath was to die for. Staff were absolutely darling and the food was fabulous. Thank you for a wonderful stay in central (ish) Scotland!
A wee bit noisy hearing others stomp about (old place, to be expected). Great location only if you have a car (we did).
Brilliant hotel, staff went out of their way to be helpful - the rooms didn't have WiFi... But thats not the end of the world
The staff were excellent and food was really good.
We were in room 6 and it was absolutely freezing. A gale force wind coming in the window and a really small radiator for the size of the room.
Extremely friendly staff. Superb food. Restored building full of character.
My hangover the next morning lol.
Staff very friendly and attentive, room was lovely and the bed was SO comfy! Food was delish (we had an evening meal and breakfast). We are planning on coming back again!!
Very friendly staff. Excellent food. Value for money.
Staff were very friendly. Gavin and Rod were a great laugh. Breakfast staff were really nice. Bed very comfy, and the room was really clean Bathroom very clean, huge bath and powerful shower. Meals were lovely and very filling Would definitely go back
Floors a bit noisy, but hey it is an old building, and my ear plugs took care of that.
