I stayed here on business and was pleasantly surprised with the level of service I received, the room I stayed in was large and very clean, the facilities were good and the staff were fantastic. I ate in the restaurant and also had a cooked breakfast in the morning, both meals were delicious and the bar prices are very reasonable. I would (and will) stay here again! I would have liked a small bottle of water in the room!

I have stayed here on a few occasions and the staff and service has been up to the same excellent standard each time. Food is very good and the staff are very friendly. I will stay here again. Outside can be very dark if arriving very late or leaving very early, But this is a very minor point.

Serving staff on Friday 8 July were stretched and waitress had no idea about gluten free desserts, the reason for choosing Broom Hall, and gave inappropriate advice.

Very friendly atmosphere. Staff always helpful. A wonderfaul place to relax and switch off. Excellent restaurant. Lovely gardens. Very nice conservatory. The deal we got for our three nights stay was very good value for money and the surrounding countryside and attractions makes the area and the hotel a place that we will visit again Nothing. It was a great place to stay

Lovely location with lots to see near by. Pretty setting, lovely room. Good breakfast. Staff reallty helpful. Would return It would have been nice to have a shower in our room. Only a big bath which was lovely for the relaxing side of things but a shower for ease would have been a great add on

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We enjoyed two evening meals and two breakfasts at the hotel. Our room was of a reasonable size and the bed comfortable. We would certainly be happy to return to the hotel if we were in the area again. We disappointed that there was no shower in our room.

We were extremely disappointed with the hotel. The rooms smelt of damp, our taps were broken, our bathroom was designed for disabled, the service and standard at breakfast was worse than 'The Little Chef'. The grounds were beautiful but the hotel is in serious need of a deep clean. We would never stay here again and we would not recommend it either.
