Staff were helpful and aware I was travelling alone so tried to make my stay inclusive. Pleasantly surprised at value for money meals. Quiet hotel as all on ground floor so no lift noise and set in quiet location. Could do with an update - bedspreads and decor are outdated but clean and shrubbery outside windows could be cut back. |

We liked the cosy feel of the rooms, almost a home from home. It was very convenient for the all things we wanted to do. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. |

Very convenient to all Milton Keynes ammenities. Nice quiet location even though its connected to a very reasonably priced Hungry Horse pub, which was very busy do to the fantastic weather. No problems at all. |

The hotel is quite well located for Milton Keynes/other towns in the area and was easy to find. The hotel's website gave a totally different image to the hotel in real life, especially the bedroom and bathroom. From the internet I expected some nice toiletries and it really wasn't the case. |

It was convenient and not to near the motorway or housing estate. The bar was good and the large amount of seating was very welcome in the sunshine. |

Really like being in a hotel that was part of a very nice pub / restaurant. Although I didnt eat or drink there, I wish the party I was meeting up with had come there as it was far far better than where we did go. First Class. Difficult to find as its not sign posted as a hotel at the front. Entrance is at the rear. Only found it as I went into the pub that is part of the hotel to ask where it was. |

Good site, relatively cheap (MK hotels are expensive), surprisingly quiet despite being close to M1 Some late night repair work going on outside my window! |

The staff were friendly and helpful The reception was not always manned, and despite the fact I booked a room for 2 people, the room was prepared for one, and despite twice requesting more towels these did not arrive until the second day |

Convenient from M1. Quick and good value dinner. Staff friendly and happily dealt with 9.30 arrival even though the kitchen was about to close. Good value pub based accommodation. |

Price/performance. Water pressure in the shower. Location. Ample parking. The breakfast was a bit limited. Wireless internet access was very slow, and the signal strength in my room was minimal. |

The staff are brilliant We have stayed many times but this time we were in a room that is above the main entrance and it was extremely noisy with the main door constantly banging closed. Shower was broken. |

Good location, easy to find for someone new to the area. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Minor point but would have preferred a slightly better TV with a few more channels apart from the basic 4 and a clock, preferably one that I could see in the dark. |

the relative peace qand quiet of the surroundings. lack of reception presence and not 24hr service. Had to search for receptionist when trying to book out on Saturday morning. Not having breakfast included in the overall price, false economy if you wished a full breakfast. |
