All very good, food particularly breakfast, staff very helpful but not persistent, just a nice relaxed feel to the place.

Noisy boiler comes on at 6.00am below room 6, not a good nights sleep.

Central position, very comfortable bed, large bedroom, relaxed and informal atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast with home made marmalade, jams and yoghourt. Free parking 5 mins walk away. What more could you ask for in what is essentially a bed and breakfast hotel except for evening meals at weekends.

Lack of evening meal on week days and no on-site car park. The latter can be a problem for disabled residents.

We were upgraded to a large room. Comfortable bed. Generous complimentary drinks. Free parking permit. Lovely breakfast. Very friendly staff

Frosted windows in bedroom difficult to open and made the sky appear grey & dull.

    Liked all of it.

Stairs up to the rooms were a little awkward. Pub outside is noisy on closing time!

Very nice boutique hotel with cool, modern feel with great food and hospitality. Highly recommended. We had dogs with us and they took the time to produce a map to show where the locals went, along stunning cliff tops. We arrived late (10pm) and the staff called us prior to our arrival to ensure we were ok; they couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. Wanted to stay longer and will definitely go back for more! Complimentary hildon bottled water on arrival and caftieres with fresh coffee available 24/7 - nice touches.

No dislikes or areas for immediate improvement.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Well appointed room. Good breakfast. Good location for exploring Dartmouth.

Even allowing for peak season and good location, it was overpriced, especially as the hotel did not have its own car park.

All staff were very helpful. The parking permit was also most helpful. The overall feel of the hotel was one of calm and really added to the enjoyment of the trip. Would stay again.

No labels on tea and coffee outside rooms, couldn't tell what they were.

Very friendly, welcoming staff. Nicely and stylishly decorated. We asked for a quiet room and got one! Breakfast was excellent, fresh, well-cooked and local ingredients. We loved being able to walk out the door and be right in the middle of Dartmouth. Also, have a parking permit solved all the usual worry about what to do with the car. Overall, we felt that the staff really cared that we should have a good time.

Noisy seagulls at the rear of the hotel but they didn't prevent us from having a good night's sleep!
