das frühstück ist recht gut in der auswahl. die zimmer sind sehr unterschiedlich in der grösse und ausstattung . selbst im 3 .stock hört man noch die underground.unbedingt ein zimmer in den oberen stockwerken buchen! |

Wir hatten ein grosses, helles und gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer in ruhiger Lage. Das Pesonal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten. |

Super Location, ganz in der Nähe von Einkaufsstrasse (Oxword Street). Man kann mit dem Bus hin und auch bis Picaddily Circus fahren, was ganz bequem ist. Zimmer ist auch total in Ordnung, und wird jeden Tag geputzt! Guter und günstiger Frühstuck, nur 5 GBP mit guter Auswahl. Ich würde diese Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! |

Loved the location and for the price - as long as expectations are managed, is rather good value for money. Lifts do not go to all floors and spoil frequently. We had to lug our luggages up and down 4 flights of stairs via small stairway |

Nice, clean, very good location, friendly though tired staff. Good value for London. Very small room (I had a single and could either lie on the bed or stand), very small and closed window (did not open), no AC. I stayed in September, had it been July-August it would be a steam bath. Still too expensive and the price of breakfast was not included. |

Booked a room at the Brunel Hotel and when we went to check in we were told that they overbooked and we moved to a different hotel 5 minutes away. Not a pleasant experience at 11:30 at night. There was no apology what-so-ever. The desk clerk was completely unhelpful and rude. |

The hotel was wonderfully situated for shopping and the theatre. My main reason for choosing it, was a trip to the theatre. Central line tube was 5 minutes walk away! I would choose the hotel again, for this reason! My room (no 4) was very small, but as I mainly slept and showered there, it was not too much of a problem. I would have liked a slightly larger room, if I had intended staying a bit longer. |

Very comfortable room - I think I was luckier than my son whose room was very small. Rather puzzled about key system. When I arrived I was let into the room by the receptionist who told me the key was missing. The next morning a different receptionist gave me a key card saying that she did not know why I had not been given one the night before! |

The location was great for what we needed (an overnight stay) before we flew out the next day. It was quieter than some hotels that we stayed at. The room was exceptionally small for a double room and very hot. We had the fan going all night. |

The towels were changed and beds made on both days we stayed. Good selection of breakfast which was very good for the price. The hotel was extremely clean and looked very posh at reception and outside. It was very close to Hyde Park and within walking distance to marble arch. The staff on reception were very friendly. A fan was provided as London was scorching over the two days! The room and the bathroom were smaller than expected but still exquisitly clean and no bath. Sometimes it was quite noisy outside which could not be helped as the hotel is situated on the corner of a sometimes busy crossroads.. and the trains underground made quite a bit of noise throughout the night. Someone also got stuck in the lift on one of the days. |

The respect of staff Yes - I booked at Noon on the intranet and the hotel reception couldn't not confirm my boooking initially although after some minutes they managed to locate a fax. |

Cosy, clean, comfortable bed, not too noisy even though in the city centre. Very small shower, no minibar, whole room was compact, asked for double room but got 2 twin beds pushed together, no airconditioning or decent fan, I was at the lower ground floor so could not open any windows hence was baking, no duvet, no work top in bathroom to place items onto. |

Convenient sitution for travel to central London, to Sloane Square for Chelsea Flower Show and for local restaurants. Small shower rooms, and closeness to lift shaft (Room 307) with loud noises into the middle of the night. (Moved to 305 - quieter!) |
