Cosy, clean, comfortable bed, not too noisy even though in the city centre. Very small shower, no minibar, whole room was compact, asked for double room but got 2 twin beds pushed together, no airconditioning or decent fan, I was at the lower ground floor so could not open any windows hence was baking, no duvet, no work top in bathroom to place items onto. |

Convenient sitution for travel to central London, to Sloane Square for Chelsea Flower Show and for local restaurants. Small shower rooms, and closeness to lift shaft (Room 307) with loud noises into the middle of the night. (Moved to 305 - quieter!) |

Very close to Paddington for Tube & Heathrow connections. Full breakfast was cooked to order - better than a buffet! Basement single room was noisy when Tube trains were running, but ok during the night! |

My room was on the ground floor and the hotel location was close to the Paddinton Station. Also relatively tidy and the guy at reception was pleasant and helpful. The windows weren't double glazed which meant I could hear the traffic noise as the room was really close to the road. Also very small room - felt a bit tight. |

location is 3 mins walk from paddington tube which is v. convenient for zone 1 travel. Would cost little to provide an ironing board and iron, but they were missing. |

1) Convenient location and 2) Some of the staff were helpful. 1) Dark, dingy basement-level room; 2) Loud rumble of Underground trains every few minutes; 3) Afternoon staff couldn't advise how to make a collect telephone call; and 4) Morning staff was very reluctant to help with luggage up the stairs when the lift was out of order. |

As I´m working in a hotel too, then I really had prejudice in the beginning and I tryed to be as critical as I could be. But really I have nevere ever seen so friendly and helpful staff anywhere else. Hopefullyhotel owner and manager know how valuable staff thay have!!!! Location was just super! ( Very close to the subway station ) Room was OK, a bit tiny but for that money it was super. They didnt have aircondition, it was terribly warm... |

One of the main concern, it was the cleanliness. Bathroom was clean and dusting too. However the bed was not change any day until it occurred to us to ask them to change at least once, we stayed for 7 nights. |

Close near major tube stations. Having booked this hotel as a last minute option it really let me down, the bathroom was filthy with hairs in the shower, a toilet that didn't flush properly and dirty and worn carpets in the room. The TV only had sound with a very hazy picture. And to top it all as I was allocated a basement room at half five in the morning the tube literally made the room shake. Never ever again!!! |

God service på værelser og i reception. Meget venlig og imødekommende behandling med turforslag m.m. Telefonerne på værelserne fungerede ikke efter hensigten (fra rum til rum). Måske en ekstra PC til gæstebrug. |

Super Location, ganz in der Nähe von Einkaufsstrasse (Oxword Street). Man kann mit dem Bus hin und auch bis Picaddily Circus fahren, was ganz bequem ist. Zimmer ist auch total in Ordnung, und wird jeden Tag geputzt! Guter und günstiger Frühstuck, nur 5 GBP mit guter Auswahl. Ich würde diese Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! |
