the room is very small, we had to keep the suitcase next to the bed. The lift goes up to floor three our room was at floor four.

The breakfast staff was very friendly and hard working. We were happy the hotel had a lift.

The room was very small. In fact, it may be the smallest hotel we have ever experienced. There was a mop bucket with dirty water in it in the lobby every one of the four days we were there. The heat was very hot in the hallways. I thought we were staying in a youth hostel. What a disappointment!

Good location close to Paddington station.

One of the smallest rooms I've ever had - even the 'table' was too small for a laptop. The room looked very worn out, the shower was broken. In the 1st floor, the traffic noise was very disturbing. The room was very hot after a sunny day. Breakfast included was continental - full English was available against a small fee, but included no bacon. Still the price was not low. One star would definitely be enough for this hotel.

The reception is really helpful. And all staffs are very friendly. The location is easy to find and close to the paddington station, which is really convenient to go to anywhere.

Free internet. Friendly staff. Warm and cosy. Nice hot water, good quality towels and bedding. Very nice breakfast. Good location. Generous supply of tea and coffee. Very nice flat screen TV. Tissues and showercap provided.

Window frames in need of repair and repainting. Shower room is in need of a make-over.

Tiny bathroom. Able to hear tv in next room left on all night. Tiny lift one person and a case despite being a 4 story building.

feel we got what we paid for but bedroom and bathroom very very small and not very clean, although the beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean.

Location of the hotel is great, is suited in central London 3-8 minutes walk to Paddington and Bayswater, and it has great connections to any part of a city. We booked a room while it was on a secret deal on Booking.com, so I guess that is why we got the small room. But on the other hand, the room was very comfortable and clean.Furniture in the room was modern. I must say it was a good value of money. The staff was kind and polite, especially a recepcionist Ali, who found the taxi for us to take us to the airaport in the last minute. If I come to London again soon, i would undoubtedly stay in this hotel again for such a price and facilities which it offers.

The internet did not work during our stay. It was really disappointing because it was said that the hotel has free WiFi.

The hotel was reasonably close to Paddington station and offered cheap accommodation.

The hotel had already charged my card for the stay but when I arrived the receptionist wanted to see it, see my driving licence and photocopy both. I did not feel comfortable having my credit card, or indeed driving licence photocopied and think this is an absurd policy, putting customers at risk from unauthorised use of their card details. Also the room was noisy and stuffy and there was no way to keep the window open apart from to wedge it with something.
