I am aware that a lot of socalled three star hotels in London are not all that they appear to be on the internet, but this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpets were dusty, the room so small I could barely put my luggage on the floor and a shower so small that it was very difficult not to flood the whole floor. There was no safe in the room, not Sateelite tv and worst of all, there was no air conditioning. The electric socket was so close to the built in cupboard that it was impossible to use it to charge my mobile phone. When I moved to another room, the staff was extremely unfriendly and at first refused to move me. At 80 pounds per night I expected more.

I consider I have been robbed, literally. The room was less than 5 square meters. I could not stay there more than one night, then I left.It was impossible to sleep, the bed is a kid bed. I could not sit on the desk, it is a kid's desk. The room was terrible: not clean, noisy, the worst place I've ever been in my life, even worse than student's dorms. Still, the hotel refused to consider any of my complaints, and refused to pay me a compensation. They charged me 1,500 Pounds for one night. I left them the room without sleeping, and they rented it the next four days where I was not there, and they refused to compensate anything. So, in summary, I was robbed 1,500 Pounds for one night without sleep! The hotel rejected the responsibility on Booking.com. I will have to raise this issue as high as possible, and alert uk Consumer Organiation. I am more than disappointed, I consider this is pure and simple robbery and legal action will have to be taken against this.

Only the price, and that only because it was a booking.com special offer. The toilel stank - there was some kind of plumbing problam. The roon was small, cramped and badly designed. This is the sort of hotel which gives London a bad reputation, and should be closed down.

The vicinity to Paddington Metra station I booked a single room at the hotel and thought that 80 pounds / night is a reasonable price for a hotel accommodation. Only if I knew that I would of been better of booking a hostel for less as the quality and service of the hotel wasnt anything like you expect at a hotel. As the hotel took no responsibilites of my belongings I mainly stayed at the reception and waited until I could check in. I first got disappointed when the receptionist checked in someone who just walked in the hotel befor me to a single room (the same room type I booked) before me, who sat at the lobby the whole day... Then when I went up to them mentioning this, I was checked in to a single room in the basement. When I said I wish not to have a room in the basement I was told that there is no other option as the hotel was fully booked. The room was tiny, I had barly any space after I took my luggage in. It was dark, hot and smelly. The two nights I stayed there, I couldnt sleep because the only thing I could hear is the night receptionist rolling with his chair around the front desk just above my room. My room also smelled like smoke as ppl were smoking just outside the hotel or the alley area. The staff was very rude at the reception, at breakfast and I generally dont think this is how you should behave at a hotel. I definitely feel like I was ripped off and that this place doesnt worth the money! I wish I stayed at a hostel where ppl would of been more friendly!

I liked the position of the hotel, easy to get to most places on foot. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The continental breakfast was good and served in clean and pleasant surroundings We booked a twin bedded room, the first room 104 was very small, we were moved to a marginally larger room 04 again a so called twin bedded room, the beds were together as a double with a double quilt, not as we had booked, we do not wish to sleep in the same bed. The bed was squshed in to an alcove with no shelf available fo drink of water or more importantly, my glasses, I am unable to see without them so need them nearby. We had to move a large amount of bedding from the wardrobe before we could hang our clothes, this took up a lot of the valuable floor space. Tere are no shelves or towel rails in the bathroom. We were finally moved to a three bed room 204, this was a much better size. Th e tv was fixed on to the wall at the side of the single bed, impossible to watch from that position also difficult from the double bed. We haved stayed here before and were satisfied with the room we had. We will never stay there again. I would just like to add that all three bathrooms were looking very tired, some paint and new tiles would not go amiss.

TERRIBLE HOTEL I chose the hotel based in part on the ratings. When I got there I realized that it was a trap. I looked at the ratings for the hotel in detail and saw many at 2-5 and then there are 8s and 9s. No one woudl rate this hotel at 8/9. Make your own conclusion. Room was hot, no air con, humid air. Bed was uncomfortable. The shower had minimal water pressure and teh bathroom was generally tiny. Elevator took only two people and regularly out of service during the week. Staff were distant - at check out the woman was talking to her friend on the phone while checking me out. Usually opn Booking com the payment is made by me at the hotel. For this hotel I realized that somehow the hotel got my funds before I checked in. Not surprising - I would have left on the second day if I could - but they already had my money - smart!

Cost was good value. My reoom was in tghe basement with very little ventilation, and there was underground train noise at times, but I did manage to get a good nights rest.

Free internet This was the worst deal I have ever made in my life. I paid 149 pounds per night for a very cheap hotel. room was very small, I can hardly move around. very hot- no air condition. reception staff are rude. No assistance is provided with carrying luggage. my room was in the 4th floor and lift is up to 3rd floor. stairs are narrow.

The hotel is very well situated - only a three minute walk from Paddington Station, from the tube station and from various bus routes. Extremly small room and bathroom. Employees at the registration are not friendly at all. In contrast employees at the breakfast room are very nice.

Nothing, the rooms (had to change rooms 3 times trying to find 1 that I could sleep in due to excessive heat) were very small, and the worst value for money I have encountered in almost 30 years of travel. The hotel had no pictures of the rooms on the web sites in a deliberate attempt to mislead the public. I tried to get my money back and stay somewhere else, but the unfriendly staff refused to give me my money back. As a foreign tourist I guess they think they have the right to rip me off. I honestly feel sorry for the next people to stay their. No pictures of the rooms on websites in a deliberate attempt to mislead the people staying there. Rooms wrer very tiny and that hot that you could not sleep their due to excessive heat. I would not have moved 3 time if rooms were ok

I liked the relaxed atmosphere - the staff were most helpful but not intrusively so - the easy use of the computer to check email at any time was much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent - varied and plentiful and I liked the fact that I was not having to pay for a cooked breakfast I did not want, cooked breakfast being ordered and paid for separately if required. Also, the wide spread of breakfast hours was ideal. The location is perfect and the walk back from Lancaster Gate tube station easy and safe. I should certainly stay there again and have already recommended the hotel to other people. I was in a double room and there was not really anywhere to unpack everything nor anywhere to keep an open suitcase - I managed to tuck it on the floor but it was not at all convenient and, had there been two of us in the room with luggage, it would have been difficult to manage. Even the chair by the desk/dressing table surface did not have room to pull out as it was fairly jammed against the bottom of the bed. None of this mattered to me but it might be important to a couple planning to book a room.

Location is ok. Receptionists are friendly الموقع ممتاز بعد الحجز اتصل واطلب غرفة كبيره واذا لم يعطوك اخبرهم انك رح تكنسل الحجز Small crammed room with bed-to-wall - the heater was making noisy sounds like a mouse - I asked for a room change - they first said we dont have - when I insisted, they took me to 4th floor to a bigger room where it was ok... Overall ask for room 403 it's large and the downside its in the 4th floor. Over-priced hotel.

Location - near to Lancaster Gate Tube. I did not like that hotel at all - extremely small rooms (I bet you have never seen such small rooms) and dirty towels! And it costs so that the hotels with much better conditions do. And it was too cold there - I had stayed at the hotel in January.

I thought the hotel was very good value for money aand I would definitely stay there again. Excellent wifi facility. ~Room was small but adequate Good supply of hot water and gorgeous towels which would not be out of place in a first class establishment. Room had been newly decorated with new carpet. We found our room to be nice and quiet and thoroughly enhoyed the continental breakfast. Toiletries were supplied each day and tea and coffee regularly replenished. Room was ready when we checked in and there was a luggage storage facility which we made use of.

The hotel looked lovely but the smell in our bedroom was unbearable. We asked to be moved but were told there was not another room available. I felt we should have had some refund. If the drains are blocked and the room smells that room should not be rented out. Our night was extremely uncomfortable. I was not crazy about the having to smell the drains all night and not being able to sleep. We had to leave the fan on all nght
