Golf club closing at 9 pm, I was watching football but got through out at half time.

Fantastic stay at Bryn Meadows. Accommodation, facilities & staff were superb. Beautiful breakfast. Cannot fault any part of the stay.

I really enjoyed the breakfast, the staff were helpful and the food was delicious.

Wished the pool and leisure facilities were open until later.

£7.45 for a glass of Rose wine! extremely poor choice and quality of food particularly evening meal, cooked breakfast as it was left to self service constantly being reheated became stale although fruit very nice as was toast,

Beautiful, friendly hotel with amazing views. Luxurious rooms and a spa with swimming pool to wind down in. Set in the heart of the Welsh Countryside. I have become a regular visitor. Superb food using some locally sourced produce.

Worst stay ... Dirty fridge, which was also not working. Dirty cup, saucer & spoons from previous guests. Mouldy shower curtain, dirty bath, taps and tiles. Badly damaged furniture. Double quilt filled by two single quilts on a king size bed. Spa area unkept - dirty water in walk ways, spa area relaxation full of hair and black residue. Breakfast under cooked, poor choice of hot breakfast & bad service. E mailed and spoke to manger - was told response within five days - nothing received. A HUGE disappointment.

Not the best for people with mobility problems. Breakfast could be a bit better for the price.

Bryn Meadows was brilliant. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. I particularly liked the food, the spa, the giant bed and the bath tub with the tv in it. The breakfast was very delicious too!

Staff were friendly and excellent service food was delicious. I didn't get a chance to use the spa but they were happy to show me round and were very helpful

Bed was a little soft but no big deal!

Loved the Pool and Spa. Room was a good size and the hotel is high on a hill so has great panormic views - especially from the restaurant.

Used the pool and spa areas just as a hotel guest - there were a lot of noisy kids, I'd be a bit annoyed if I'd purchased a spa pass as it didn't really allow for much relaxation. Staff in the restaurant, whilst very friendly were a bit useless and not what I'd expect from a nice place. They kept getting distracted and wandering off, we'd have to get their attention to remind them we were waiting for drinks/the bill/a table. Also they tried to clear the table whilst one of us was still eating which wasn't great. Very apologetic but we were a bit put out. The final amount we were charged wasn't right and was a bit more - no idea how they managed to get it wrong but we felt like it would be too much effort to argue! We just laughed about it but I could see less laid back people being annoyed.

Having to ask for hand towels . Not having a sink in the bathroom.

The bath and toilet was stinking dirty had to clean it my self before I could use it plus the tv in the bathroom didnt work! Plus was told false information about the easter special 3 course meal that was dated from the 30th which wasnt available for the 30th!

The location was lovely with a great view. Room great. Breakfast fantastic. Spa very relaxing and friendly. The management in the Hotel did do all they could to sort out our issues once we highlighted them. They did allow us to stay in the spa for the rest of the day of checkout and seemed to have tried to make sure the staff on reception told clients about the early close of the spa we just got the wrong member of staff that didn't know! The spa was our main feature of why we chose Bryn meadows which was put right by management. We would visit them again.

Wrong information given by receptionist on booking in which meant we couldn't use the spa on the first day. On checkout day told we could only use the spa until checkout time of 11.00am. Normally we have still been able to use facilities at other places even though you have checked out.
