Clean and well maintained. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff. OK for us, but lots of steps and stairs. Breakfast only between 08:30 & 09:30, so no good if you're not an early riser ! |

We liked the family feel, and freindlyness of the staff,and allthough there was no parking facilities the hotel manager gave up her own personal space for us to park for the weekend. No parking facilities! This is not a problem specific to Bryn-y-mor,it is throughout Llandudno itself,maybe the council could do more to help the resort and its hoteliers! |

The superior sea view from our bedroom. The patio overlooking the bay. The use of the sister hotel for opptional evening meal and entertainment. Good location for shopping eating places but quiet enough for a relaxing break. Good english breakfast. Mattress on the bed was a bit soft, but we're used to a firm mattress. |

Lemon, for our tea, provided on the second morning - thoughtfull touch. A lot of stairs from the second floor to the breakfast room in the basement. Owners dog allowed in the kitchen and breakfast room. Lack ot town street map. |
