A pleasant and well-maintained small hotel, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable en-suite rooms, good breakfast, great sea views, good location, good value. My second stay here. There is no off-street parking, though no problem finding an unrestricted street place outside. There are quite a few steps if mobility is a problem. |

Bay view and handiness to town The breakfasts wer mediocre. e.g. When poached egg requested -one egg on toast served - even for a man. When egg and bacon only requested, only 1 rasher of bacon ever served. Also when sea view booked the guest needs to be informed that on 3rd floor - this may be inaccessible for some folk with health problems sincew there is no lift. |

This hotel was very clean & the breakfast was very good, The staff were excellent and we would return for a short break. The rooms were well decorated and comfortable, but a little small. And what can I say about Chrimbo !!! super |

The room was overlooking the bay and was very tranquil and calming. The decoration was of excellent quality the bed extremely comfortable and the breakfast excellent. |

Great location. Spacious room. Excellent sea view from our room. Friendly staff. Very pleasant hotel. Happy to recommend. Bed could have been bigger / more comfortable - but a minor comment in relation to the positives. |

Very clean large rooms decorated to a modern standard, with excellent views over the bay and a great location for the town and Gt Orme. Breakfast was of a good quality too. |

Very clean; obliging friendly landlady; position of hotel.Very pleasnt and well furnished lounge with good views Lack of choice at breakfast - either cornflakes, weetabix or Rice Crispies! We expect more for the price. No fruit; one glass of poor quality orange juice already poured for you, same very morning. Landlady bought Quorn sausage especially for me as there was no vegetarian option.Lots of steps |

The hotel was beautifully clean and we were provided with an extreemly yummy cooked breakfast. The staff were helpful and polite. Plus the location of the hotel is in good walking distance of many fun attractions and parking on the road outside is free of charge. |

Clean and well maintained. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff. OK for us, but lots of steps and stairs. Breakfast only between 08:30 & 09:30, so no good if you're not an early riser ! |

We liked the family feel, and freindlyness of the staff,and allthough there was no parking facilities the hotel manager gave up her own personal space for us to park for the weekend. No parking facilities! This is not a problem specific to Bryn-y-mor,it is throughout Llandudno itself,maybe the council could do more to help the resort and its hoteliers! |

The superior sea view from our bedroom. The patio overlooking the bay. The use of the sister hotel for opptional evening meal and entertainment. Good location for shopping eating places but quiet enough for a relaxing break. Good english breakfast. Mattress on the bed was a bit soft, but we're used to a firm mattress. |
