Good hospitality, friendly staff. Very helpful with local knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble.
Just the drawback of no lift but otherwise no problems
Friendly staff. Stunning view from bedroom & lounge over the bay & the beach, both by day & in the evening when the lights twinkled on the promenade. Comfortable chairs. High quality fitments. Excellent breakfast served with a smile. The potato cakes were delicious.
The 2 flights of steps up to the entrance make it difficult for the less mobile & also the stairs to the bedrooms, since there was no lifft. However the staff were keen to help with luggage. Parking is a problem in most parts of Llandudno so when you find a space it is wiser not to move the car!
Friendly and helpful staff, great views
Lovely Hosts, Emma and Geordie were both wonderful. Phenomenal view if in "seaside view bay window" room. Great breakfast
Stayed in lovely room with bay window and great view across the bay. Modern bathroom and spotless clean. Lovely breakfast room and fantastic breakfast, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, and lovely full English perfectly cooked. Nice sitting out area at the front with lovely rattan furniture and great view. Owners really friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Loved it.
We liked everything about this place. The food was perfect .The rooms were perfect. The views were perfect. The hosts were perfect. In fact the whole experience was perfect and I would like to stay there every time we go back to llandudno.
Nothing to dislike
Every aspect of this hotel was excellent
The room was great, bed was comfy, the view was exquisite, good shower/bathroom. Hearty breakfast and fantastic service throughout the stay.
Wi-fi was awful, couldn't get connection going at all. In the modern age when people do need to work even on leisure visits, wi-fi is just as important as the bed nowadays!
very friendly, excellent location, breakfast lovely
Emma and family made us feel very welcome, can't fault anything, will definitely stay again, thank you for a lovely break Sharon, Dave,Katie and Granson Jacob who can't wait visit again :-)
Location Breakfast very varied
Some rooms old fashioned but hotel is being renovated in the winter. Quite expensive for standard of room.
Very friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect
The only drawback was the lack of parking but this could be overcome by parking on the road
Excellent breakfast lots of choice. Emma & her staff were brilliant nothing is too much trouble.

Breakfast was lovely, service was very good
Room was very small but provided what we needed
Fantastic view from our bedroom and the terrace. Clean and comfortable bed. Really friendly and helpful staff, very welcoming and easy to talk. Fantastic full English breakfast. We will definitely return and would recommend to anyone wish to stay in Llandudno.
Everything was 100%
No complaints at all
This hotel, in my opinion have got the best views of Llandudno coast line. our room was excellent. And as punch would say that's the way to do it.
steps to the hotel, not good if you have poor mobility.
The view from the terrace in to the bay.
The room small.Door opened the wrong way.Mattresses uncomfortable springs sticking out. Old and needs replacing. When we complained told they were new. On checking out it was admitted they were old.Would never stay here again despite the lovely view from the terrace.
Staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was perfect. The location was very convenient too, close to the beach and pier but not loud at all!
Absolutely everything to like! we enjoyed a very enjoyable relaxing weekend with wonderful views over the sea and prom, will definitely be coming back to visit soon.
Sea View from our room and everything else about the hotel. Staff couldn't do enough for us: would definitely go back.
Just parking really, but that's not under control of owners.
