A great location with a fantastic view from the room overlooking the bay . The breakfast was first class with a fine selection of fresh fruits cereals and to top it of a full English cooked just right . The bedroom was clean with new matching furniture and a comfy bed . Emma the host was charming and helpfull along with the rest of the staff who were very polite .
Parking was a problem near to the hotel .
Really pleasant and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Lounge and bar with excellent view of Llandudno sea front. Really comfortable and well kept room. High standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Would stay again and thoroughly recommend the hotel to anyone.
Dislikes absolutely zero.

Small room Poor car parking in the town
Sea view room good
Had too have back room for 2nights wasn't as good
The lovely staff. The spacious, clean room, room3. The gorgeous views. The magnificent breakfast.
Having to leave. So, I've booked to go back less than 2 weeks later.
My wife and I stayed for a night here recently and everything was absolutely perfect. Upon arrival we were given a very warm welcome and shown to our room and told about breakfast times etc. We had booked a sea view room but because they had a superior room available we were upgraded because Emma felt were possible everybody staying there should experience the amazing views the superior sea view rooms offer. Given the location of the hotel near the pier I can confirm the superior sea view rooms afford a breath taking view. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. As others have mentioned the walk in shower is brilliant. The bed was very comfortable and I had a very good nights sleep. The breakfast was very nice with a choice of fruits and cereals in addition to a brilliant cooked breakfast. I had mentioned at booking time that my wife was a vegetarian and they catered for this at breakfast time brilliantly. The breakfast service was very prompt as well. Emma and her brother were very warm, friendly and polite and genuinely want you to have a wonderful stay. Everything you want in a hotel and my wife and I will definitely be returning. Room Tip: Book a superior sea view room to make sure you get to experience the incredible views.
There was nothing to dislike, everything was perfect.
The room had a great view, very clean, included breakfast food (with potato scones)and dining room were very nice, and we would definitely come again.
Parking is tight in front (and I believe is not free). There is some free parking behind and up the hill.
very clean, welcoming ,comfortable, friendly, excellent modern showers, amazing breakfast, brilliant views from sea view rooms
Proprietor Emma - a lovely host. Location close to town, eating out, Llandudno pier, promenade. Good size twin room. Tea/coffee making in room. Quiet atmosphere. Great breakfast.
Bathroom a bit small but understand they are being renovated progressively.
Pleasing view of the bay. Staff were pleasant.
65 steps from the pavement up to my room...no lift. Parking my car was a big problem. An ordinary breakfast. Bar rather bleak. An overly expensive weekend.
The panoramic view from our room was beautiful and very relaxing. The staff were friendly and the included breakfast was hearty.
The only thing was parking was a little challenging - worthwhile paying the small amount to try and park outfront.
