We loved Bryn-Y-Mor hotel and will definitely go back there again. The location is excellent, closed to shops, the pier and Great Orme's Tramway. Our room had a stunning view of the beach. The breakfast was always tasty. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel, don't listen to the bad reviews.

My room and the wonderful view of the bay from my window. The staff were really friendly but not "in your face". The breakfasts were very good with plenty of choice. Proximity to town, shops and restaurants.

The tv reception was a bit hit and miss at first but I found if I switched the set off at the plug it worked better than switching off on the handset. No other dislikes

The room was cramped & small. For the cost I would have expected more spacious accomodation. Decor was quite dated.

We loved the room it had a sea view and a bay window so clean and lots of space the bathroom was in a hall it felr like a small apartment. Beautiful room looked forward to going back to it each day we were there. Very helpful staff on first floor too excellent place

We couldnt get some channels on tv but thats not a critism i think there was no signal but it by no means spoilt our stay. The breakfast was beautiful plenty of choice beautiful room but it was a abit cold, but again not a critism, best breakfast weve had in llandudno and we go a couple of times a year

The owner is very friendly and welcoming, as are the rest of the staff. The rooms are clean with beautiful sea views and they serve a lovely breakfast.

Nowhere to park, so be prepared to drive around, it took us over an hour. The bed was a double, not king, so not ideal for tall people. Although the sash windows are beautiful, they are very drafty so be prepared for a sleepless night, as you are able to hear every car and seagull.

Whilst the location was good for the beach and promenade parking was very. difficult. However the staff did everything they could to overcome this. Unfortunately the bedroom had sash windows and because it was windy they rattled during the night.The staff explained that it was a grade 2 listed building and there was nothing that could be done to prevent this other than the occupier jamming the windows which is what we would have done had we been staying longer.

Difficult parking, eased by the staff of the hotel.

Charming and cozy hotel with a lovely staff. I felt at home right away thanks to the owner and her assistants.

This is a minor thing but the shower is so tiny and the water pressure not great. Otherwise I loved every thing about the Bryn-Y-Mor and would go back again and again.

The staff were very friendly, food was great, room very clean, me and my friends had a great time,so we will going back there to stay

room was a touch chilly, fine once in bed though. We were asked and daftly said everything was fine in that silly British way of not wanting to cause a fuss, I'm sure it would have been rectified had we told them, the owner couldn't have been more helpful.

Lovely hotel with a charming hostess who made us feel at home. View from our room of the bay was brilliant.

The room was comfortable with a very good view of the beach. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The Hotel was very tidy and clean.

The stairs, but they would not stop me staying there again. The parking situation in Llandudno

I have stayed at the Bryn y Mor several times having experienced many in Llandudno. For me this Bed and Breakfast has all that is required for adults, the location is superb and the hotel is always so clean. Rhona is a wonderful host and makes you feel really welcome.

This hotel was absolutely lovely. The views over the bay were magnificent and you could wake up and see the views from the bed whilst you enjoyed a morning cup of tea. The room was well furnished and very comfortable and the owner could not have been more friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I feel bad saying anything about Bryn-Y-Mor, as we enjoyed our stay so much, but If I had to criticise I would say that the breakfast was a little cool and could have been hotter, but this is a minor criticism, please don't let this put you off visiting as the hotel is lovely and there was as much as you wanted for breakfast with a good variety. I only mention it for feedback for the hotel.
