Lovely location and lovely people!
Difficult to find?
The proprietor was very friendly and offered very interesting history about the area. The full English Breakfast was fantastic! Would definitely stay there again.
The single room was a bit small. There was no desk to sit at.
Owners very knowledgable about the history of the house and try to be helpful were possible. Breakfast very good. Bed very comfortable.
Rooms slightly small.
Nice breakfast and view from room! The couple running the hotel were very helpful!
Previous occupant had made coffee in the electric kettle and not cleaned it before leaving! I had to ask for towels in the morning as the cleaner had forgot to put them in the room!
Breakfast was excellent, location perfect and a knowledgeable owner who gave us directions to a number of charming areas when the weather was wet
Very friendly proprietors. Picturesque setting. Building has history.
The owners are wonderful! Breakfast, farm atmosphere, green living
A lovely location with very friendly and kind owners and an excellent breakfast. Very quiet.
No evening meal available nearest food 1 mile away.
I felt at home with the friendly reception. The breakfast and packed lunch were excellent.
Was made very welcome and a real family atmosphere, felt like a member of the family rather than a paying guest!!
The location (even though our GPS didn't quite get us there - we had to ask directions), the ambience of the B&B, the great hospitality, the information about the area (the Brecon Beacons) and getting to see the owner's (Keith) book about the history of Brynhonduu.
The location as it was very remote but it was not easily found. The directions from booking.com was not very helpful when one was very close -- it just said turn left but which left turn was it
The room was very small and the shower did not work properly. It was either hot or cold. When I mentioned it the first morning was informed that it was because people fiddled with the dials. The following morning I complained again and this time the proprietor checked for themselves which meant that a new shower unit was needed. no apology was forthcoming and no suggestion of a refund because of the inconvenience caused.
Really friendly owners who can share lots of local knowledge.
Check you know where to go when it'light rather than try and find it in the dark.
Beautiful unspoiled spot. Knowledgeable, friendly hosts.
Bed a tad small.
A lovely location with very friendly and kind owners and an excellent breakfast. I was also interested in the history of the place - most interesting. Many thanks for everything.
Interesting history presented by owner.
Very difficult to find. Distinct lack of signage. Parking could have been much closer to property.
Very welcoming great hosts wonderful breakfast. Very personal
Very friendly and helpful owners. I have also liked a sitting arrangement for breakfast ( with everyone at one table) - I had a pleasant conversation with other guests every morning. Lovely countryside. Heating was on as the nights were quite chilly.
Location, beds, breakfast
Pedantic staff, cold shower / bath
Really friendly owner who told me many things about the history of this amazing old house. And really delicious breakfast! Thank you!
Thank you for your warm welcome, Keith and Carol. Keith has a passion of all things Welsh and will gladly share his vast knowledge of interesting information
