What a beautiful setting for such a lovely property. The hosts, Jack and Jo, were very gracious and extremely helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Brynllydan Country Guest House is a beautifully maintained oasis on the edge of a forest overlooking immense green fields dotted with grazing sheep. It is about 2 miles out of town at the end of a country lane. A full English breakfast is served, the rooms are spotless, and the service is excellent. An excellent rural pub is located about 2 miles away.

Long walk into town but taxi service was available and inexpensive. No food service other than breakfast.

Great setting and views. Excellent breakfast.

Room soundproofing could be better, but it was acceptable. Nearest restaurant for evening meal, a long walk. Car needed.

Great hosts, very accommodating and a good team of staff. Breakfast sets you up for the day.

No draught beers on the bar and a little pricey but understandable with the small number of guests they cater for.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Well appointed en-suite rooms with plentiful bedding plus good tea/coffee making facilities. Good FEB. Plenty of parking. Beautiful views from all rooms but also near to walking and local attractions. Welcoming small lounge and bar facility if required.

    The views were amazing

Very soft bed which felt like we were on a bouncy castle every time one of us moved. The room we had was also extremely small. Not worth the £79 we paid, in comparison to the other b&b's we stayed in whilst on our trip. The other b&b's we stayed at were also in the same price bracket.

Location as the view of the mountains was amazing with great seating out front, reasonable size room with big bathroom and comfy beds, good breakfast including full english, cereals and fruits to omelette made as you wish, really friendly staff who were very accommodating about us arriving after 9pm, bar open til 10pm with comfy seating area, own key to come and go as you please, great local places for evening meals, hotel offers their dining room for take-aways. Would love to stay again, you have to try this place, it was worth every penny

Directions could have been a bit better, they did email some but not clear enough so had to call them; if you get to the farm by mistake, as this is where sat nav directs you, turn left out of the farm, left at end of road and keep on til you see hotel sign posted. Doesn't serve evening meals so arrive in good time to get to local restaurants that stop serving about 9pm. After one bath no hot water left for partner to shower. TV too high to see clear picture so had to move it down to table.
