The apartments were spacious and comfortable, a short walk from the city centre and there is also free parking on site.

The bars/nightclubs opposite the apartments make for pretty noisy bedfellows and that’s even with triple glazed windows. Whilst the apartments offer good value for money, some of the fixtures and fittings could do with refreshing, light bulbs changed, the addition of soap and washing up liquid would be welcome inclusions and instructions for the operating the tv wouldn’t go amiss! This is good solid, spacious, budget location, close to the city centre but it is not 4*!

The staff went out of their way to find us an apartment with minimal noise as we have a small child. Location is outstanding, access to the city and the many things it has to offer visitors is hard to beat. Car parking is free and secure. Apartment was spacious and beds were comfortable and clean. Adequate kitchen utensils and facilities.

Shabby maintenance, furniture worn, broken or poorly repaired. The hot water system was unpredictable. No consistent temperature or pressure in the shower, bath and bathroom sinks. The hall light was broken and other bulbs were missing or not working. The coffee percolator had not been cleaned, there was mouldy coffee still inside from a previous occupant. Generally cleaning was not adequate.

Gorgeous room, beautiful view, helpful staff, great location

Location was ideal for us as a group of students who were planning a night of celebrations after handing in our dissertations at university

Manager was very unprofessional,absolutely no security measures within the complex.The security to our apartment was breached as the patio door was broken therefore two men broke in at 6.30am via the multistorey carpark and were aggressive towards my friends and locked them in their bedroom using chairs and scarves!!As a group of young women we felt extremely vulnerable and cannot imagine how a young family would have felt if children were present.Police were contactedand management have been advised about the security within the building.I Personally would not recommend this facility to anyone.A Night which we were very much looking forward to was ruined by this breakin and feel there us more to this place than meets the eye.If I were staying in Londonderry again I shall be staying in the reputable City Hotel and advise anyone else to do the same for your own peace of mind.

The position of the accomodation was excellent with a fabulous view over the river Foyle. The staff extremelly helpful and couldn't do enough to help us.. The safe parking in the multi-storey carpark gave great peace of mind. The standard of accomodation was excellent, everything you needed including free wi-fi connection and comfy chairs to sit in.....wouldn't stay anywhere else next time I'm in Derry.

Just a few tiny inconveniences like light bulbs blown and no dish cloth provided.

Very close to the city centre. We were upgraded to a 2 bed apartment from our 1 bed, which was bigger. We arrived late and the guy on reception was very understanding, despite having to wait around for us to come. Also, free parking and wifi was great! We would stay here again if coming back to Derry again.

2 cars sat outside the apartment one evening revving their engines and playing music. A bit annoying when you are trying to sleep. Nothing the aparthotel could have done about this though.

Fantastic apartment!! Very well located and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The facilities was great and the apartment was spacious. No issues with check in or out. The location was excellent.

Only niggle was that the cleaning had not been done properly before we arrived and the heating did not work very well and it was a cold weekend.

No DVD player tv volume was very low oven in cooker wasnt working and rings very slow in heating up we arrived round 8 half 8 waited lest 15 mins before someone came had to ring a number before hand it kept going on to answer michine ,,, they guy who came wasnt much help at all ,,,, not a good stay all together oh and people smoking in the lifts and hall ways not good at all ,,,

The nearby nightclubs and blood-stains on the footpath next morning when you are walking into town - maybe to be expected in many towns - but maybe you could get a deal with a local taxi firm and leave their cards in the rooms so that people can bypass walking on the Strand Road to and from your nice rooms?

The flexibility of an apartment

The apartment was very clean & comfortable & was very well equipped. We had everything we needed.

It was very noisy both inside & outside of the apartments until the early hours of the morning

Fantastic apartments with great views of the river. Immaculate with absolutely everything you could need for your stay. Friendly, helpful staff and ideally located in Derry city for the best of shopping and night life. Highly recommended.
