Clean Room and enjoyed the breakfast

Yes stayed in room 13 it was clean and ideal the only problem was the twin beds held together to make a double. Could not spread out in the bed, felt the the gap between the two beds each time I moved. Double should mean to me one double bed one matteress. Not two singles together

Good quiet Location. Close to city.Very attractive exterior & Gardens

Had 2 small single rooms both were hot. The smallest had air con due to window overlooking kitchen exhaust fan & roof with zero view.Only had hook on wall for clothes & suitcase had to stay on floor. Other room overlooked service yard.This was also hot. Also very noisy when they cleaned up after large wedding at night. Bottles can be very loud. Phones not working. We were unfortunate to stay when they had a wedding as this took over main floor & lounge/bar. Hotel could be grand inside but needs work.

Location was good as visiting County Hall. Room was comfortable, meal in hotel ver good as was breakfast. All staff friendly and helpful

My room was far too hot, enen with the radiator off and the window wide open. The bathroom bath side had obviusly had alick of paint but really needed replacing.

The room was very clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is 20 mins walk from city centre, 10-15 walk to the waterside. Free WiFi, parking, excellent breakfast. Would definitely go back for another visit. Overall outstanding value for money- we got a double room for £65 with breakfast included.

The room was very hot. We turned the radiator off & opened the window but still very warm. We ate in the bar, service was efficient. The food was good value, but some of the portion sizes were a bit small. The bar was a typical hotel bar - nothing wrong with it, hotel prices, no real ale.

There was free parking, conveinient location and easy to find. The Building and surroundings were astheticaly pleasing and well kept. The reception staff were very friendly on arrival, at breakfast the staff were very appeasing, offering to refill our drinks etc. The room itself was a good size and so to was the bathroom, very clean and presentable with good quality furniture.

Had the room which was a twin room but our circumstance changed and needed to take my son as well and the upgraded it to a triple room and costed only £5 extra no problem excellent service.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant served a good breakfast and there was nice beer in the bar. The staff were very happy and friendly. Parking on site was free and easy and there were plenty of buses to the city centre which was about a mile away.

The staff were especially helpfull and very freindly, the atmosphere that was created was very relaxing and every aspect done in a profesional manner, well done to you all.
