Room was comfortable. Amenities close by. The hotel was not busy but service a little slow and forgetful! |

The food in the restaurant was ok and it's located 20 minutes walk from the city This is the first 4 start hotel I've stayed in with no air conditioning - the room was boiling, even with the window open and we stayed in May! Also, other 4 star hotels at least have one of gym/pool/games room on its premises. Basically you have to get into town or be bored. |

Room especially shower excellent. Rest of hotel nicely decorated. Staff really good all round. Also like the location near to the river and quayside Only that the room was so warm. Also TV difficult to work, strange digitla system but not so important. |

Attended a wedding reception and stayed overnight. All the facilities were very good, staff very attentive and any problems corrected immediately. Room was clean, very comfortable but rather warm! Even with the radiator turned off and the window open, it was quite oppressive. However, this did not spoil our night. Food at the reception was excellent and the service was spot on! |

Convienient walking distance to the City, river walks and park. I do not like their wine selection and therefore decline to eat in the Hotel. |

Great location, fantastic staff, rooms smallish but very comfortable. Rooms a bit small. Restaurant very expensive for grade of hotel. Shower gels etc poor quality. Would have liked a room above ground floor, but this was not offered. |
